“I had a very positive experience in the Warrington showroom and as a result decided to order a bedroom. The surveyor did a really good job designing the room for me and the products were delivered by two very polite cheerful men. John Dunn the fitter did an excellent job. He brought his experience to advise me and fine tune some details to improve the fitting. It was a pleasure to have him working in my home. I am delighted with the finished product.”

“We have had wardrobes fitted in 2 bedrooms over a couple of months and are very happy with the finished product in both rooms. Both fitters arrived at the time stated and were very helpful in satisfying any specific requests. We were also pleased with the help provided by both the designer and the surveyor. On the slightly negative side the fitters installing the wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom insisted in finishing the work in 1 day and were still on the premises making a lot of noise after 10pm which did not impress the neighbours. Also it would have been very helpful if the fitters could separate the rubbish left for recycling purposes. When they left I found that wood, plastic and sawdust was mixed up in boxes and it took me a long time to separate before I could dispose / recycle the next day.”

“In spite of some discrepancies between the designer and surveyor,the fitters, Paul and John have come along and fitted a beautiful bedroom for us. They were professional and communicative throughout and cleaned up very well before they left. We are very pleased with our bedroom. However we are awaiting a replacement interior mirror as the original was broken in transit. Let's hope this won't take too long. Apart from that ,we would happily recommend Betta Living.”

“Excellent service from starts to finish. Appointments all made very promtly all visits and deliveries all on time. Our fitter mark Hathaway was brilliant. His standard of work is outstanding and we are extremely pleased with the finished result. I would recommend him and betts living to anyone 10/10”

“We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it did however take longer to fit than we thought maibly due to the original fitting date being missed so we had to wait a further 2 days before it could start. We had booked our dog into kennels to keep him out of the way so incurred extra costs. One of our cuboard doors had a defect but our fitter has apparently put in an order which we are currently waiting for.”

“We are really happy with all the service from showroom staff to fitters. Our fitters, Ken & Tommy were really fantastic & worked so hard for 3 very long days! Nothing rushed & nothing too much trouble for them. They have done a lovely job, kept everything tidy and left the room in excellent shape. It has been a real pleasure to have them working for us & we are looking forward to using our new bedroom. Thanks Ken & Tommy, highly recommended.”

“1. The installation has not been finished yet. Still some work to be done. 2. Because Betta Living delayed the installation for 4 days and my builder was booked to work on building work for those days now he is charging £2000 without doing any work because your fitter was working and occupied all the space. 3. Your sales man told us that your fitter will do all the kitchen fitting work except the electrical. But he didn't do the plumbing work for the washing machine/Dish washer. 4. Your fitter cam on Saturday at 2p.m and on sunday at 5pm and worked for late night. So my Neighbourer complained. 5. We lived without kitchen for Monday-Monday (8 Days). We were told that the kitchen will be fitted in 1-3 days. So we used to eat in restaurants and costs me lot of money. 6. The final work was done by my builder(who is/was doing the building work). 7. I will tell all my friends in Twitter/Facebook that never/ever purchase kitchen from Betta Living. 8. I should get compensation for my builders invoice and my restaurant bills. If not then I will make a complain in Betta Living twitter site. 9. I have emailed/phone Betta Living but no response.”

“The two Joiners who built in my new fitted wardrobes were excellent. They arrived both days on time, were efficient, and very methodical. They worked flat out all day, and provided me with beautiful furniture. They consulted with me all the way before starting the work, and asked me to check their progress throughout. Both of them were courteous and professional at all times and the end result was excellent. I have no hesitation but to recommend both of them.”
