This company dont give a toss about their customers once they get your money. They left me with a leak under sink wrong size door to one cupboard tight boiler cupboard, so cant get front cover off to check boiler. Tbey said that they would get someone out to rectify these faults, but after numrous callsto them for going on for 2 Weeks they just keep fobbing us off. Avoid them like the plague, as they are just crooks. Got to pay someone else to correct the jobs they didn't bother to come out and rectify.

Had new wardrobes and cabinets fitted in two bedrooms. Work completed was on time and of a high standard. Fitters name was Mel Griffiths (contact number 07710 630 184). Would definitely recommend.

One star awarded due to them getting in touch very quickly after I submitted my online request. No further stars awarded due to their refusal to deal with me unless my husband was present (you know, just in case I've got above my station and strayed too far from the kitchen sink...).

We had our fitted wardrobe 3 weeks now it is so tidy, good quality and we are so pleased with it. The missing star is for 2 thing only due to ordering a brochure which never arrived and some appointments which we couldn't get in the beginning. The process after designing planning everything with Karen was very smooth and fast and the fitting as well. All in all comparing the prices everywhere else we had best designe with the best price.

Just had wardorbes fitted in two bedrooms first class service from start to finish would highly recommend this company the fitter gary is excellent he's done a great job thank you betta living

Our kitchen was fitted in February this year. Upstands were not finished.Called the fitter 3 times for him to come back and finish the job and every time he would promise to call me and never did. It is nearly October now and and nothing has been sorted. One of the hinges became faulty as well. Would not recommend

B78591 Didn't start too well - delivery of the bedroom materials happened on time with the delivery guys informing us that the materials had to go in the bedrooms where they were to be fitted, which was fine by us and for the fitter (we thought) being a 3 storey house. However, next day when the fitter arrived we were told that the rooms had to be completely empty (including removing carpet and all furniture - not specified clearly during survey and with additional cost for us). Quite difficult when you are having 2 bedrooms fitted at the same time. Fitter #1 left. Rooms where shuffled around to the satisfaction of Fitter #2 Gary. Expected fitting time - 2 days. Bedroom #1 (Day 1) - completed to our satisfaction and room cleaned and tidied behind him. Bedroom #2 (Day 2) - started, cleaned up at the end of the day but not finished due to the extent of the job. Wanted a couple of minor amendments to bedroom #1 which was no issue at all for Gary who obliged. Bedroom #2 (Day 3) - completed, room cleaned thoroughly and to a high spec even though it did run over into day 3 which luckily we managed to organise with work commitments. Extremely happy with Gary's workmanship and thoroughly pleasant person to deal with - highly recommend this fitter! Would recommend Betta Living for bedrooms and this is the second time our family has used and been very happy with the service and workmanship on both occasions.

NEVER AGAIN would I use this company. It all starts with all these big promises about quality of product and service but that could not be further from the truth. The problems started when we had order the original kitchen and worktops only to be told a few days before the fitting that the worktops have been discontinued, why offer them if this is the case? Even when we went to the showroom to look for alternatives they were still being offered. Then from there the kitchen delivery was delayed, after this the fitter (John) took 12 days to 'complete' (I say complete but that couldn't be further from the truth) a job which we had been advised would take 4 days. We had the area manager out who told us what a wonderful job he was doing, which was a joke. Once John had 'finished' none of the units were cleaned, meaning we are still finding sawdust and rubbish in the cupboards. Some of the units were damaged and John advised he would arrange for them to be ordered, this never happened, I took multiple phone calls for me to arrange this and the repairs have still not been carried out. Additionally the plumbing John did was appalling, which lead to the sink blocking up, the dishwasher and washing machine backing up and the washing machine still doesn't work after approximately 4 weeks which is causing a lot of undue stress in our home as we have two children the youngest being only 7 months old. FYI John, water doesn't run uphill. On top of this there are other issues such as the doors not fitting, cupboards not having backs on, the heat strip above the oven not being fitted correctly nor with the correct item and bits and pieces essentially being bodged into place. Away from the fitting it is nigh on impossible to get anyone to actually do anything about this. I think I have probably phones my installation manager Chris about 50 times, speaking to himself, Andy, Anthony and others without any resolution. Emails have been sent as well without response but they are more than happy to take your money, even though the job has not been finished the portion which we finance has been being taken for the last two months. Absolutely shocking from a company who promises the world but actually delivers nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

I've had my kitchen for one month since installation and beta fitted it. The hinges are now broken on most doors, the bi folding door hinges and runners broke within the first week. Very poor kitchen quality, hinges and the cheap chipboard used. IKEA quality is better than this and I don't even rate ikea being good quality. My kitchen doors have been taken off because hinges broken. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company, better off going to homebase except fraction of the price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute disgrace. Love to take your money but don't like to finish a job. I wish I had done my research before using them. Stay well clear. Do not return calls, lie and are rude. Complaining gets you nowhere. So frustrating. I wouldn't even give 1 star but that's not an option!

PLEASE DO NOT USE BETTA LIVING!! take advice from all the people that have been let down by this company, there is now a Facebook page totally dedicated to all types of issues regarding this company that's how bad they are!! Following our kitchen installation which took 4 months due to betta livings incompetence we were told to submit our invoice for extra works carried out and we would be compensated for this, once they received our invoice from our installer they decided to offer us 50% of the invoice. On our refusal of the 50% we asked for full re imbursement and are now being ignored. We have had no reply since 2nd September. If only we'd Seen these reviews before handing over more thank £14000!!! Our ref is B70129 is anyone's interested

Fitter Dean started early as promised and did not leave until the job was complete and my wife and I were happy. He did a fantastic job, it was an excellent service, we highly recommend betta living.

Just had bedroom fitted, very pleased with end result and especially with the fitters, Ken and Tommy, ( B76554 ) who worked really hard for two days, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves!

We have just had our kitchen fitted by betta kitchen and we are so delighted with the workmanship and quality. We absolutely love the design the wood and the over all finnished kitchen. The fitters Paul,Duncan and we must not forget Tom went the the extra mile to make things perfect . The electrician was so good and helped me choose where to put the best socks for our kitchen . The three fitters worked so hard to keep things as tidy as they could and work so dedicated Towards finishing our new kitchen . Most definitely I would choose betta living again and the quality of the whole kitchen is a real pleasure to own it and a pleasure to be in it . Thanks a million Paul,Duncan and Tom . Excellent service from the fitters Paul & John, punctual, friendly and professional, they did a very good job with our bedroom wardrobes. The wardrobes seem well made & the 15 year guarantee is an added bonus. We had 4 quotes from different companies, Betta Livings quote was the highest but we are glad we paid the small amount extra as the quality of workmanship stands out. Would use them again B77586

I am totally delighted with the service, the quality and the price. I had a new office fitted. The designer was very professional and took the time to listen to what I needed. We agreed the price, the delivery date and the installation. Everything went according to plan. The items arrived on time and the fitter Mel was outstanding. He worked quietly and efficiently (he likes his coffee though) but he cleaned up as he went along and had pride in his work. The finished job is excellent. It all went very smoothly and I would hesitate to give this company and all it's staff a well deserved five star rating.

They created a beautiful bedroom for our daughter. It was straight forward from start to finish, the fitter was very professional and left no mess even hoovering up after himself we were very impressed.
