Excellent service from the fitters Paul & John, punctual, friendly and professional, they did a very good job with our bedroom wardrobes. The wardrobes seem well made & the 15 year guarantee is an added bonus. Would use them again

Just to say thanks very much to Betta Living and in particular to Ken and Tommy who did a fantastic job installing a fitted bedroom into what used to be a very boring boxroom. The bedroom is a complete success and has fully utilised the relatively small floor space. Every part of the job was carried out conscientiously and with a smile! Thanks very much again!

This company is a total nightmare I would not advise any one to be choosing them they have given me nothing but grief ,they are very nice until you sign on the dotted line then it's all down hill,they did not give us what we had asked for then we had to pay extra on top and wait 10 days for delivery now the delivery is here and major items are missing so work cannot be completed, to get through to them via phone is impossible and no one calls you back,I have sent dozens of emails and no response but an acknowledgement. I should never have gone with them. Please please listen to what I have to say Do not use them THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!!!

It seems like this company do not speak to one another about anything. They are extremely disorganised and none of my issues about their professionalism were dealt with. It seems like i have had to organise the times for the builders to come in order for it to correspond with the delivery, sometimes the builders would go home early if there was no delivery. They do NOT care about their customers satisfaction, once you have signed the dotted line they do not care. Do your research before going with this company. (don't)

Our kitchen installation started on 29th October 2015 and today 13/09/2016 still it's not complete. Still design changes needed. They are attracting customer with 13 years warranty but they are not giving same day warranty. Product quality is not good at all. They don't care about customer after they gets the business. Worst customer service, Worst post installation support, Installation is never going to end at all. We are literaly going through such a stressfull life after spending so much money on the kitchen.I would not recommend any one to go for this company for the Kitchen.

Throughout the process, the staff we spoke to were very helpful. We love our wardrobes and really pleased with the service we received. We have no complaints!

I haven't got the installation done and already have lost my patience due to such awful customer service. To be honest I am thinking of cancelling my order. In May we confirmed our order with plans to do our kitchen installation in October. That should allow plenty of time to get through the process...right? I booked my tickets to India based on such plans so that I can take away with my 2 years old daughter and my husband can deal with the house full of work and dust. From July end we started booking in builders to do the underfloor heating, tiling, walls and etc etc which are very much based on the dates we require Bettaliving to do the installation. I have been chasing Bettaliving for weeks to confirm those dates as the whole plan sticks around it and we will incur severe damage finacially if at the last moment Bettaliving can not confirm the dates. After constant chasing for weeks I finally could reach the sales manager as the order was still stuck with sales. Just 2 weeks ago the sales manager told me that the colour of the sink that was in our order has been discontinued and we will have to choose a different colour. It was a 2 mins job and took me just one evening to confirm. I got a call this afternoon from Bettaliving to tell me that the order is in processing and may take up to 6 weeks to confirm and book a date. I tried to explain to the lady I was talking to that I will be in huge problem if I don't get the dates and she wasn't really bothered and couldn't even promise me the dates!! Today is 12th September. The builders are scheduled to rip off my old kitchen on 27th September and start all the work. Bettaliving kept on telling me that 5-7th October shouldn't be a problem and now I am in a situation when I don't have 6 weeks to wait. I am in a very difficult situation and with no one from Bettaliving trying to understand the complexities. I am unsure where I can go from here! If I don't get the dates confirmed by end of this week, I will cancel my full order and will expect a full refund. Its not my fault that it took months for Bettaliving to sort out the sink issue and have now left me in such a difficult position with the builders! We have already made payments for raw materials of 2k to them. Bettaliving - I ordered a kitchen worth more than 10k and is appalling this is how I am treated! What's the point of going for such an expensive brand if customers are treated this horribly?

i will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I have recently cancelled my orders for kitchen and two bedrooms due to poor customer services. The designers made me pay them advance in seconds by debit cards and now its more than 3 weeks and still waiting for my refunds after making countless calls and emails. BL is not reliable. never ever trust them ...

From beginning BL messed up with everything..DONT rely on BL.They are very unprofessional. Fitters ,supplies issues ,installations issue.it been now 9days and I am without kitchen... Please feel free contact me if you need any more details

I would not recommend this company for anything. Initially the installers were very efficient and friendly. However approximately 10 months after my kitchen was installed I had an exploding glass extractor fan which was directly over the breakfast where all my family regularly sit. Fortunately this happened in the early hours therefore I dread to think what could have happened if my children had been sat there. My kitchen is approximately 20 foot in length and the glass covered the whole area. Numerous phone calls were made and pictures sent to betta living however there after sales service and attitude was atrocious, lacking any empathy for what could have been. It has taken eight months to have numerous work tops to be delivered which were faulty, however these have now been fitted. There has been other faults with the kitchen such as a hole being left in the newly plastered wall because the original cupboard unit door was catching the extractor fan. No heat strips on the oven door therefore the cupboard doors melted. We also had a small leak in the bathroom and when we came to turn the water off the gas waiting for pipe had been put too close to the stop tap in the kitchen, therefore had to call someone out to resolve this also. We have sent letters to the company who did not respond.We are now one year on and we are still waiting for other items that were damaged to be replaced.

Good morning - Sorry to read this and please accept my apologies for the delay however as you are aware we have been dealing with the manufacturers of the appliance to get this resolved for you. I am pleased to read that everything has now been resolved albeit that you are still awaiting replacement of 1 x item from the manufactures which was damaged. The fitter, Ray, did an excellent job with our bedroom. The work was carried out within the agreed time and to a very high standard. Ray communicated well with us beforehand and during the work. After bad experiences with other companies, we're very grateful to have had a real professional do this work for us. Our new furniture looks lovely. The initial quote and survey were adequate although the surveyor said that the employee who made the initial quote had overcharged us and said that he had put it right. It might be helpful if there were more transparency in the pricing process. B78811

Where do I start ! Had Paula come out to design kitchen was here for most 6 hours !! Once she took are money that was it nightmare from start to finish . Had a fridgfrezzer thrown in as part of the deal which is crap . It's broke already got to order new part . Spoke to Stuart regional manager of company today who is telling me I sign up for it & I should of checked the model number before I singned up . ( well I didn't thought it would of been frost free as the kitchen is a modern kitchen after all ) so now I have to be defrosted it as they want change it ! Worse company bad customer service . Doors were wrong not once but 3 times . I was having to ring them on my lunch break all the time to see what was happening . Even my work colleagues were sick of hearing this all time on my break ! Had my own fitter which was great but he couldn't even finish the job due to doors. It then took nearly 2 months to collect the wrong doors which were in my house pilling up !! Never purchase a kitchen from this company such a shame . Once they take your money they are not interested in anything ! No phone call on completion either to see if everything was happy :( so sad take my advice don't do it .

Just had our bedroom fitted by two fabulous fitters, nothing was too much trouble they explained everything they were doing very polite and professional. They cleaned up after very well and did a great job of the bedroom. Well done Ken and Tommy number 1 fitters and recommend them always - Thank You. B75153

Can't get a reply from the Installations manager Mark Atkinson left messages and he never gets back to you.Disgusting custoner service stay clear once they have your money they couldn't care less
