“Yesterday I came to the store and I looked around and waited 45 minutes to be served andaily there was no staff around when I ordered the items the sink was on display they said it will be removed by tomorrow when I went it was still in display i asked why it was not removed they said I have to remove it is did not want to take any risk to damage it oe injure myself and also I bought some tiles it had marks that can't be removed they did not tell me this .”
“Delivery arrived with a broken shower door that delivery crew did not even take off the lorry. The replacement arrived fairly quickly but again was damaged which again the delivery crew noticed and brought to my attention, so that was returned. Now waiting my third screen which hopefully will be undamaged”
“Ordered online which was straightforward but expected my delivery on Thursday which did not turn up with no notification. Then had a text saying it would be delivered on Sunday and it turned up Saturday morning. Not checked delivery yet but deliveries could be better”
“Delivery left on doorstep ,we needed neighbours help to take indoors , one unit damaged and two boxes of tiles. Arranged collection for Friday and they turned up Thursday and only collected unit. Poor organisational customer service is very poor to contact and inform you of what is happening with your order”
“Wigan showroom staff very helpful .leigh warehouse staff the same.only downside was customer service Held in a queue for 57 minutes finally answered by Michael who was friendly and efficient and solved problem in a few minutes”
