“Delivery was 2 days late so annoying as had a fitter waiting. HOWEVER all products came correct (about 12 items) and undamaged. Also quality for what we paid I can't really complain as was pretty good. Overall satisfied, and with all the other negative reviews on here I wanted to point out that in all fairness they obviously can supply average to good quality supplies sometimes!”

I paid £600 in cash for bathroom items in February. Delivery didn’t come at all. I contacted and emailed them after they went bust. Received an email from the administrators saying I can’t get my money back. I don’t need the items now as I have had my bathroom done. Can anyone please help or advise? I don’t know what to do?”
“Just contacted the bank I paid by debit card, emailed bank invoice n copy of administrator email about getting refund, bank said I got a big chance of getting my money back.”
“Abosolutely terrible avoid at all cost!! Paid for items which never arrived as now out of stock . Followed online procedure for refunds they were never acknowledged , spoke to customer services after an hour in a queue to be told it would be refunded in 7-10 working days , no such luck ! Spoke to customer services today after another lengthy wait to be told they have been very busy ! Still waiting for my elusive £1000 😡😡. Don’t even warrant a star shambolic !!!!

“I'll admit, I have had a few issues regarding delivery days/times & such however I wouldn't actually go as far as to say their customer service was "appalling", for starters the people on the phone aren't the drivers & don't really have any power over how the items arrive plus, they're stuck in an office all day being screamed at for issues that aren't their fault. Of course, I've worked in CS for a number of years & even though my overall experience wasn't the best, I know it will be rectified eventually & the people on the phone have enough to deal with without another irrate customer telling them everything is their fault, they can only do so much.”
“First whirlpool bath arrived with a big hole in the side and it took 3 months to get another. Luckily this was fine and the delivery crew were carefully unloading . Worth the wait but it took a long time”
