“do not use, deposited money won 2 bets and they limited my betting and held the bet as open, deposited twice more to find i could bet pennies on each line so withdrew straight away, 4 months later and every legal document of identification i own they have and still in review, basically you will never recieve your withdrawals do not use them!”

“I bet on Trump I can't believe they stole 800$ CAD from me. The electors have not yet voted, but Betway settles the bet, which is still to be determined. This is criminal! I feel like i was shaken down by some sort of cabal. I demand Federal investigation into this! How much money has been stolen? MILLIONS”

“If I could give no stars I would. I had money on the US presidential election. Come to find out "their senior trading team" decided the outcome long before it has legally been called. There are still lawsuits and court proceedings going on as we speak. No winner has been sworn in. How on earth can Betway decide they are going to call it!? Trying to get in touch with someone in the company is also a nightmare. I got (what I believe were) automated responses in the chat. No actual answers. People are being scammed out of their money. Had Biden actually been declared the new POTUS then no issues on my end. I'll accept the loss, at that point it's on me. But as it stands right now, they stole money from people. Period. If anyone else who feels scammed knows of where we can take this to have something done, please let me know.”

“I have never experienced mental pain with any company the way I have experienced with Betway. After depositing $400 to my account and sending verification documents, they decided to lock my account, for no reason! I also placed winning bets before the account got frozen. It's almost a month now and I still have not heard from their so-called 'operations team' after contacting countless live agents. My account is still locked, and I have lost complete hope, and I have accepted my money has been taken and won't be returned. Any customers reading this review, don't even think about using betway. They will take people's money and won't notify them about what happens to it. I am still waiting for my money!”

“If you want to avoid being scammed and being robbed off from you withdrawals, do not join. After 2-3 years being a loyal customer of betway, they started with this so called review. I requested a withdrawal of 720 dollars which they never released because they said the want to complete the review first. After providing all the information they needed from my bank statements from June-August to receipts and proof of my self-employment. They said that this is not enough and kept interrogating me and no matter what I said in terms of my transactions, they were not satisfied and kept twisting their questions and delaying my review. They even asked me to provide my parents address and phone number. Doesn't that sound like a scam? I eventually got tired because it seems like they are just scammers and told them I have provided all the information I have and they made things worse by completely suspending my account. Tomorrow, I will open an investigation with my bank and notify the authorities for all the transactions between Betway and me. They take your money and do not give you you withdrawals. Be aware! I hope that my lesson teaches you a lesson too and you won't be fooled to join this scam.”

“I'm adding to the list of bad reviews. Dont gamble on this site if you ever expect to be paid. They take no responsibility with completing withdrawals...they use a third party called gigadat...and blame them for not providing passwords...its a scam site...stay away..”

“NEGATIVE 5 stars, THEY KEEP PLAYING GAMES ABOUT ME CASHING OUT SAYING I NEED TO SEND THEM MORE INFORMATION. THE LAST THING THEY NEED WAS MY HYDRO COMPANYS LOGO!!! A LOGO!! AND AFTER SEBDUNG THEM OVER 100 emails 100 pictures and 50 hours in chats still nothing. THEY SCAMMED ME FOR $4000 AND THIS WILL NOT BE THE END!”

“I recently started with Betway and was very happy to deal with for initial days, which continued with a verification process, respecting to the policies have shared all required documents and finally after a follow up of 2-3 days the account got activated but the *Balance available(1000+) during this process got vanished and there is no response from Betway to my emails. Very much disappointed there's no one to take ownership to resolve the issue What is the problem?? If you all don't want to refund respond clearly ?? REMINDER 4 still no response or approach to assist from Betway”

“Few days ago I put some money on your website to play after when I went to check my credit card u guys took double payment from my Visa card but I approved only one time .. in history Betway of my payment there is the same time that u guys took money from my credit card at the same time the same hrs and min I took screen shot right away and contact you guys but wasn’t helpful I sent an email with pics of my statement and from mine betway account time that was deposited contact ménage few times no answers over an email try to reach menager of shift and he locked my acc snd day the fraudulent activity ( I didn’t lose my phone ) only activity it’s coming from you guys when I deposited money 100.00 but on my history acc Betway showing that I made two times payment at the same time hrs and min exact the same which it’s not possible ...you didn’t reversed my payment but locked my acc and I will go further with u guys till I got my money back ...that day you GUYS TOOK twice double payment from my acc MY MONEY without my PERMISSION TWO payments that I didn’t approved payment per 105.00 .. what the scam and bed things to do to someone .. very bed for your reputation”

“My money has become a Betway hostage My Betway account - AnthonBurn06. My account was verified on August 19, 2020. I made a deposit of £750 within 5 days. And now I can not withdraw my £817.62. Support service says that the work is being done by the processing department. More than 48 hours they can not approve the withdrawal of my money. I became a Betway hostage. “For withdrawal, they sent me an e-transfer via email but did not send me the answer to the security question, so that I will not be able to proceed with the withdrawal. There is no way to contact them, no email, no phone. The live chat on their website does not work as well.”
