Your customer service could do more to relate to the customer about the purchase of the ring I purchased, it took 3 weeks to source my size which they did not have in stock. I rang around the stores myself and found another size which I was happy with and rang the online store to let them know. From there it still took another week to get it from the store to your online warehouse to post out to me. I don't understand that I could find the ring that I ordered, and not the online warehouse. As I did let them know I was happy with another size early on in the piece.

I know the item was custom but it took over 8 weeks to get to me. The chain is balls not links. The design is overall ok but the stones are too small

Colour was wrong (black instead of blue), and took a while to get dispatched and transit, but oh well

I had a fantastic experience with the online customer service via webchat- Ana was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating to my questions. I was however disappointed in my purchase- the huggies I bought said 10mm but that seems to be the inner size. The huggies were sadly larger and certainly thicker then I had expected- I would have like to exchange but considering they are earrings I doubt I’d be able to so I guess that’s the curse of buying online.

Shopping experience was average, was suppost to be click and collect, item was unavailable so I was emailed to ask If I wanted express post, I replied to say yes within hrs, this was a wed. I waited to fri and still herd no reply or received my item, I called twice then finally someone answered saying yes they has seen my email, but I was the one to make contact. They said they would contact me, instead I eventually got an email from Australia post saying it was on its way. I finally received the product. The product received was not my best purchase, to be host in terms of quality, I have purchased better from sports girl. The clasp on the earrings is not sturdy, and keeps falling out of my ears. If someone could please contact me regarding the product it would be much appreciated.

On site it was showing extra 10% jewellary but when I checkout I didn’t get it, otherwise ring is very nice

It is frustrating that, when you order online and choose store pickup, the order is cancelled and refunded without consultation if the items are not available at the chosen store. Then, if you place the same order and choose delivery, the items are delivered without a fuss. Surely you can see what is wrong with that??

I bought earrings as a gift and was told they were broken when the went to put them on for the first time. Which was very embarrassing.

It would help if you call a customer and they phone back, don’t put them on hold for 7 minutes and forget about them? Pretty poor

The colour of the jade on the item I picked up was very different to the colour advertised online. I did click and collect and the lady at the store was sympathetic but couldn’t offer anything better. I emailed Beville’s head office and asked for someone to ring me - heard nothing back. Bracelet is quite nice, and it’s the sentiment I wanted, but poor advertising and poor customer service.

The items I purchased had no size listed in the description., which was poor on detail generally and big on marketing The bangle size guide was absolutely useless.
