“***REDUCE THE PRICE TO BID***
Absolutely shocking. This may be OK if you are someone that is looking for a service, but you should know that Bidvine absolutely RINSE, the professionals, small businesses and people looking to go freelance. All I've done is pay pay pay and I've had nothing in return. If you're reading this and wondering if 'pros' are checked and are capable of delivering a quality service, think again. Once bidvine take their money and 'match' you, they are no longer involved with anything else.
It's a shame, because Bidvine COULD be the go-to place for everyone and outdo similar websites, but they've got their head up their ass and only care about making money.
Nothing but an absolute SCAM!”
“Don't use this company they are screwing photographers by making you pay for fake leads. Please be careful, I've tried using it for months and had no success at all just false promises but as soon as a supposed client opens your bid you get charged. They don't care that photographers are losing out.”
“I have been trying to use the app for about 4 months and spent around £100 on bids and only got 1 secured job but he then cancelled on me. Most of the customers aren't posting a serious offer so you personally pay £8.50 to bid on it and they view your message and then never message you back, meaning you've spent £8 on nothing. It is too expensive and most people are wanting a full wedding shoot for under £150 when professionals charge around £1000... its a joke”
“They will not take any notice of what I need sorting and continue ro get the same runaround so not impressed have virtually given up hope of getting any sense from them .which isa shame it used to be a good site .some one says bark is more customer friendly .so will problem give them a try .”
“Bidvine is a con everyone that contacted was a fake it's just a wa to fleece you for money. I stopped my monthly subscription only to find that after cancelling I was charged £33 for someone who sent me a message. Avoid at all costs because believe me it will cost you...Loads!!!!!!!! SCAM”
“I am a professional on Bidvine and only bid on jobs that look vaguely real. I suspect many of them are fake especially as very few actually respond. I also noticed that since the beginning of lockdown, they have increased the number of professionals allowed to bid on each job from 5 to 10 and also the cost of each bid has increased. Not really in the spirit of togetherness during a difficult time for all professionals whatsoever their industry. Smacks more of greed and taking advantage of a tough working environment. Before lockdown I was often asked if I would like a face to face meeting with Russ the CEO but every time I arranged an appointment, it was always cancelled their end. Obviously no one at Bidvine is man enough for a face to face meeting.”
“Out of date leads. Absolute rubbish! I got told. You pay for it even if they aren't looking for anyone any more. Wow! Utterly unbelievable! Don't waste your money or time!”
“Total waste of time, don't bother. Once you join up and create your profile you realise in a VERY short amount of time that the people posting for jobs want something for nothing. So you're bidding for peanuts and a realistic bid from you would never be accepted by anyone.
I feel embarrassed that I feel for this one. Oh, and you have to call to cancel, which I wish I new beforehand. That would've set the alarm bells off much sooner.”
“any 5 star review of this scam service is fake! hardly any call for my service area, with only 1 request in a whole year, which was a time waster anyway. credit only last a year which they dont mention when you buy. con artists, never again.”
“Company who use highly misleading advertising - 'Photography Wanted urgently' on job sites, when in fact they're a paid service and these jobs don't exist.”
“Waste of time, thankfully I got a lot of free credits as a carrot. I've spent those now and will not be investing any more time effort and money on this clearly corrupt company. Fake leads ending in a cul de sac of nonsense every time. Seriously, invest in some proper seo marketing or even leaflet drops! You'll be better served.
Avoid.”
“they encourage potential clients saying "you can get a photographer for as low as 50£!" and I imagi9ne they do this with all other services, so obviously when people get in there and you ask for a fair price no one wants to pay, and they charge 10£ a bid!
its definitely a good business for them.. you'll get no serious clients”
“Stay away! they can not be trusted. Some of the bidvine pro are scam. Collected money from me for the job and he refused to pick my calls or come back to do the job.”
“this is joke do not trust any pro with this website having very bad frustrating time right now by haring pro from the website. and and spend £1000 they dont even give f for me as customer”
“bidvine as bark is a total rip-off, realy sorry but i don't belive a single good average review ho says is 4-5stars, i spent on this 2 sites around £1000 using low to nothing bids and 1 single gig, really guys??? Did anyone can prove all that leads are genuine?
TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! STAY AWAY”
“Very frustrating when you spend over £100 on bid and get no return. I have a established company with pictures ect. It's just huge gamble. And no real of telling if the requests are genuine”
