Rip off in every sense for the professionals, you have to pay up to £6 a bid . It's basically a gambling system taking advantage of freelance professionals. They also constantly phone you to try and get you to bid more.

Bidvine work best for the client , not so well for the you as every time you have to pay to bid for a job. If you want a potential clients number you also have to pay. Some time the jobs sound exactly the same as one that was sent to you 5 weeks ago.

I've been on Bidvine for almost half a year. My profile is full of images and videos to represent my services but had no clients interested. They just look at your profile, rarely a reply, just money down the pipe. Everyone is just window shopping. Waste of time! Don't bother!

I have used one bidvine professional and I had an awful experience. This is my review of Marius Mihaltan, who works at solidwoowork.co.uk and also use bidvine. Marius, who works for solidwoodwork.co.uk, kindly accepted to come to mine to disassemble and reassemble a wardrobe. I booked another contractor to fit in with Marius' time, Marius even suggested the time the other contractor should come. I sent a message the day before to confirm his attendance and he didn't reply to me. I didn't think any of it and just thought he had a busy day. Come the day, Marius is a no show. Not only is he a no show, he doesn't even bother calling me. And when I try to reach him all morning Marius avoids my calls. I therefore call his brother, Florin, but he does the same and do not pick up his phone. I also message them but no reply. Marius Mihaltan and Florin Mihaltan bidvine description, states that they are thriving on building long term relationships with their clients, that they are punctual etc...clearly this is not true and when they agree to a job and eventually decide that they cannot be bothered to attend the job anymore, Marius and Florin Mihaltan don't even have the common decency and professionalism to pick up the phone to let their so-called important client, know. But this is not the end of the story. The wardrobe in question had already been disassembled and reassembled during a previous job by Marius's brother, Florin and one of his colleague. While the wardrobe is reassembled, the doors are not closing properly because of the way they reassembled it. That time, I was really distressed about it (it is an expensive wardrobe) and they both assured me that next time, Marius Mihaltan would come over to fix those. Marius even called me that night to reassure me and promised that he would fix this. They also left some marks on my wall when they moved the wardrobe and Marius also confirmed that he would rectify that. I have all the pictures and his written confirmation of this. As you can see a man of his words. But now I realise that the only real motivation to this call that night, was not because he cared about the standard of his job or me as his client as I thought, he only really wanted for me to pay his brother and colleague for the poor job they did and I foolishly did because when Marius confirmed on the phone he would fix this, I absolutely trusted him. I cannot believe I paid full price for what they did because I trusted them. And I know it will be impossible to get anything back because they have been avoiding my calls and messages, like any rogue traders do. I would also like to add this word of warning for people who are thinking of re-hiring bidvine traders that did jobs for them before. Always do so by posting a job and having him officially accept the job on bidvine. My agreement with Marius Mihaltan was done via the bidvine chat. The reason I didn't post the job was because I absolutely trusted him and by agreeing to do my job, he entered into a contract with me, so I thought I was protected. However, it turns out that if you don't post a job and officially hire the trader, you cannot write a review of them. Bidvine have very kindly accepted for me to change a previous review of Marius Mihaltan, because they understand that my awful experience with this trader would be beneficial for the bidvine community to see. Another anecdote about Marius Mihaltan is that when I realised that I couldn't write a review because I hadn't posted the job and officially hired him, I sent him another message explaining the situation and asking him to do the right thing and officially accept the job I had finally posted, so that I could write a review of my experience with him. Of course he didn't. This shows his level of professionalism and care for his clients. I really hope this review will help the community avoid similar experience and please reach out if you have any questions or even advice as to how I can get reimbursed for the previous job they did.

I have been using Bidvine for a while as a professional photographer and filmmaker I am sure it is good for service seekers but clearly not for professionals. I pay every time you contact someone and often no answer or worse the jobs cancelled that's happened 8 times no reason given no refunds for most of thrm. Professionals do all hard work by placing their profile, certificates, reviews, service seekers use this app to get a price guide for other people in other apps. No screening and refunds should be given. I even think there are bots to keep you interested in the app as there are not that many people on thsi. Many people don't bother even to answer to a message which is paid by professional. Frustrating! Don't bother

I have been using Bidvine for a while as a professional yoga teacher. Maybe it is good for service seekers but clearly not for professionals. You have to pay every time you contact someone and often don't get any answer. Professionals do all hard work by placing their profile, certificates, reviews, etc. But service seekers also should be screened and charged. Now many of them seem just browsing and not looking to hire a professional. They don't bother even to answer to a message which is paid by professional. Frustrating!

Bidvine is designed to push down the prices of the professional. There is a clue in the name. You may find yourself spending £4.80 to contact a possible lead. But they won't even bother to reply. Each time bidvine takes in your money like a fruit machine. While tutorhunt at least allows you to confirm the lead doesn't expect you to work for free,is a shrill or just a child wasting your time and money. Bidvine prides itself on putting professional off the carear of choice. Next time you have a shoddy job please remember to thank bidvine for destroying the quality of service.

I'm a Photographer and though I've had one or two replies and one booking, I wouldn't at all recommend. If not for the very fact that the system is an absolute RIP OFF. Their 'credit' system has been replaced for simple currency now, and - although I'd taken the time to do the math in the past anyway - it now seems that a basic bid to a potential client will cost you £15! Totally not worth the risk, as most bids go completely stale. I'll stick with word of mouth, thanks.

Similar to the experiences of others, I never hear back from anyone, spend money and get no work and I have been in the industry for ages, so its not from lack of experience or low-quality product. Just spend, no replies, the same names popping up, but no takers. Avoid!

I suspect the customers are fake bcs not all of them contacts back the service provider so it is possible that Bidvine creates the ads for the jobs an you keep spending your money for nothing.

I am a qualified counsellor and have spent hundreds of pounds over a year on bids that never brought one lead that gave me revenue. Their system is totally biased in giving them revenue from bidders without caring whether the potential clients are valid. Even if they know the client did not select one of the bidders all bidders pay. So in most cases Bidvine get revenue from 6 to 8 bidders and none of those bidders gets revenue because most of the potential clients are just using the site to test the market. .

As a web design company, they charge us £10 at a time to bid on 'leads'. Number of competitors is not revealed, so you may find yourself competing with around 6 other companies (not shown beforehand). Leads are very unresponsive and the vague information given to 'pros' means that you have very little to create a proposal with. Their refund policy is very unfair and the credits system is very manipulative for a service that costs so much. Avoid avoid avoid

This website does not work. This service is a complete shamble and I am distraught by the way that the website works. I understand that if I send a message to someone and they reply stating that they do not want the service because the price is too high, that I am not what they are looking for or if we have a conversation and they decide that it is not what they are looking for Here is my problem 1. I am paying to send messages, I pay to send a bid. This means that I pay to send a message to someone, I still pay that money if a) they do not reply or b) they message me and tell me that they have found someone else and therefore do not require a service In the scenario of a) How on earth do I even know if the person is real? If they are wanting the service of if they created the request and then never even looked back on the website. They could have created their request to see what they website was about and then decided to not interact or use the website. I am then paying to send a message to thin air and this is something which is absurd. In the scenario of b) I am bidding on a job in the case that I cannot ever succeed from, as the person has already filled that slot. It is like walking up to a person in the street that is asking for £5, but someone has already given them £5 and then trying to give them another £5 in exchange for their £5 but they will not take more than £5 in value. It is never going to happen. This is what happens 95% of the time that I bid on jobs. People either stop replying half way through a conversation, they either don’t message or they tell me that they have found someone else. The customer service advisor tells me that the reason why I am not getting jobs is because “I am bidding too late on a job”, this should not mean anything. If the job is still live and I bidding on it, this means that the person has not established someone to undertake the work they are wanting. What the man means is essentially “you are bidding too late and the customer has found a job but we don’t tell you that and so you waste your money”. I am unhappy with the service for the reasons above and keep spending money, each time I expect the service to get better and for someone to reply and have a decent conversation that secures a lead. I have been on the website for two months now and within that time I have not secured one job. This renders the service incapable of doing it’s job. If two months is not a trial period that works then the website fails to provide. I am asking for a refund on the money that I have spent with them and I am awaiting for a reply.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I have spent a lot of money at Bidvine but NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE JOB! They will take a lot of money from you with a promise to send you customers, but the CUSTOMERS ARE FAKE and Bidvine will only take money for credits to send these fake customers your offer. My bidvine account was set up for auto top up, when I realised this I immediately contacted them that I never opted for auto top up and I wish to receive a refund for the credits I will not be using. The customer service was very unhelpful, they didn't refund my money back and they were only promising a lot of jobs and blaming you. Avoid this company as they will only take your money. It's very sad that this company prey on people who are looking for jobs to earn some money for living and they will rob you of your last penny.

As a videographer/film editor, I bid for 10 jobs and only was successful in getting one. However I did notice that four or five other people were also bidding for these jobs and in seven out of the ten jobs nobody got booked at all! I put it down to customers who a) couldn’t afford it and got cold feet when they saw what was involved b) only had a vague idea what they wanted and cooled on the project later. Outlines given to bid price on jobs are also too vague to give an accurate estimate. Cost of bids is rarely refunded ( about £7 a time )
