“Always quick on delivery but packaging sizes really need attention. If they sell in lots of 60 tablets for Melatonin then supply bottles that suit that size not ones that are designed for 100+ tablets that are 3 times the size.”

I recently bought a 3 mg melatonin Supplement innocently believing
It was based in Ireland(which I could be forgiven from the Irish flag visible). Apparently I was wrong it is based in the US(I think?). One month later I have received a letter from Irish health authorities saying melatonin at that strength is illegal in the EU as here it is prescription only. And my delivery has been seized by them at a loss of over €20 including customs taxes. Not a huge amount of money but I see from the web search I am not the only one who has been snagged with this.
You should be OK with ‘normal’ products but expect a lengthy wait depending on what you order. They have delivery bases for somethings closer to here but be aware you may have to wait a bit depending on what you order.

Biovea to their credit have contacted to make amends of some sort-so credit to them for that.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER PEOPLE SEEM TO BE GETTING TRIPPED UP WITH MINOXIDIL(FOR THINNING HAIR) & MELATONIN BOTH OF WHICH ARE NOT OTC MEDICINES. BY ALL MEANS ORDER FROM THEM BUT DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST ON WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING.”

“I ordered my items in August and they have arrived from the USA via Fedex today in perfect condition so I don't believe thay are a fraudulent company (as stated in some reviews on here) as I have ordered from them in the past without any issues.

“Ordered the hormones from Biovea and knew it would be shipped internationally so was not bothered by the 8 week delivery. Within 1 week of using their Estriol and Progesterone creams I no longer suffer from menopausal symptoms and feel like my energy levels are back to normal and my moods more even. Benn in menopause for many years and know when a product is effective or not. I have now placed my second order with this company.”
“Just received the product I ordered on 6 April delivered 24 June. I had almost given up but thought it might be because of the very few flights between USA and UK. Sure enough it turned up by airmail. Lots of complaints about non delivery but is this simply down to the delays in air mail because there are not many aircraft flying from US toUK? So if you are waiting don’t give up your product should arrive. Big criticism of Biovea no means of contacting them during pandemic they could at least have put a message on their website about delays in delivery. As far as the product progesterone is concerned I have used it with good results for 13 years”

I wrote a bad review because I thought it would never arrive even though they had sent and a response to my emails saying it's delayed because of customs and Covid19. It arrived today just like they said. So people be patient you will get your to order, but it might take many weeks more if it's coming from the US. However, the company would do better to respond to people in person and set up a customer service number.”
