I wish i had read the reviews before buying....now I am 152 euro lighter and no supplements. Especially in these tough times it is a disgrace that this company is allowed to operate. Where can we report these fakes so they don't dupe any more people??????

Never buy anything from them.I order 3 weeks ago still don’t receive my Item and even they didn’t answer my email.

If You just Placed and Order and you are just checking reviews, Just Say Goodbye to your money. First and Foremost the 5 star reviews you are seeing here are 100% fake, Biovea is a scam company, they chose the name Biovea because it sounds like a big company name and that was the impression I had when I submitted my order 3 months ago and I received 2 tracking numbers which are definitely trackable but you will never receive the order. Call Care center is not available for this company so don't bother calling, if you email them they will respond but guess what? its all format. Reason why they responded is so they could have a record of the email incase you report them as fraud and if you do report them as fraud company, the first question the anti fraud or police would ask you is; did you try to contact biova, if you say yes, they would then ask you if you receive any response from them? if you say yes, the case is solved, after that the best thing police or anti fraud would ask you is to keep on waiting but if you say No, the truth is biovea will actually respond to your email but you will never get your order or money back. I can't believe this type of Fraud Company still Exist in the world that we are. They made Fraud So Easy for themselves and the painful aspect is that they are Advertising through Google Ads.

** WARNING! ** Do not order products from Biovea!! ** DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! **. After buying supplements from this company only to have them arrive nearing their expiry date I contacted Biovea to process a return. I was instructed to ship the products back and they would issue a refund once the products were delivered by UPS. Biovea does not have a phone number, THIS IS BY DESIGN! UPS will not ship products without a contact number and they know this. UPS managed to find a number that they could list on the return. The package was delivered back to BIOVEA at my cost and UPS provided a confirmation. BIOVEA fails to acknowledge UPS's confirmation and refuses to provide a refund. So not only am I out the product cost but also the UPS return shipping costs now. This company is run by scammers and I highly recommend you shop for products elsewhere.

As per nearly all reviews , this fake " company " is simply a fake online store that has no products , but takes your money , with no intention of ever delivering any products. Order placed 24/04/21 , it is now 01/06/21 , DO NOT order from these thieving fraudsters.

it´s a fraud! I ordered on 12th March, the delivery was expected to arrive within a week; it´s already 29th April and all they told me is that I have to wait, and I cannot also cancel the order... So, it may come on 2022 or who knows! Stay away from them, they just keep the money and deliver nothing!!!

Biovea.se allow you to order under false pretences. I'm still waiting for an order from 24 March. I now find out its stuck in customs. I didn't even know it was coming from outside of EU. No idea how much more money it will be. They also don't bother to answer emails anymore and just have a standard response blaming covid. Unaceptable!!

Ordered 6 months back still no delivery I made an order of vitamins on July 10th 2020 and still haven't received my order or had any update. Today is 9th Feb 2021. I think this level of service is unacceptable as other compaines are managing their deliveries. I also requested a reund withour any success since I prepaid. I wan't to warn others.

This company will not deliver your products but they will charge your creditcard even so = theft. They will not refund you either. The few positive reviews here out of all the negative are clearly fake and from the Biovea team. Also they hide who is behind the company as they do not want negative publicity so here you go: WR group in Arizona, USA is the holding company who run this scam wrgroup.com Leave a review also for them. US authorities should also be made aware of this scam. International police is investigating the scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

THIEVES. Bought a few products from them online and a month later I've still not received anything. They provide no phone number to call and are very unresponsive by email despite their website's supposed claim of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" and commitment to "respond within 24 hours". They were quick to take my money, slow to provide any customer service, inept at delivering what I had paid for. I requested a refund multiple times but my request has so far fallen on deaf ears. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM STORE.

ITS A COMPLETE SCAM. Hey They will send you a tracking number of fake items that will be returned by custom and you will never ever receive the item. I just lost $100

I placed an order on the 25th of Feb 2020, I've still not received it and no one is responding to me. I'll give it another week then I'll be taking this to my bank as fraud. I was looking forward to my items, I've tracked my parcel uptown the point of leaving America and its went missing from there. I'm disappointed to read these reviews but at least I know where my order is now, its non existent 🤨

Hi Dear i Have order some medicine details as follows Order #:44101231 Date:21 April 2022 Status: Fully Shipped still I have not received the shipment and while tracking it is showing "In Transit to Next Facility and it is still in united states" now almost 64 days in transit. please check the problem and let me know the reason and when can I expect the delivery. Avoid this company at all cost. Waiting for my order the 4th week in a row. Had to pay VAT on top of the web-site price as requested by Irish Post. Company is refusing to reimburse VAT to the bank account referring to "corporate policies". It is a scam. Caveat emptor.

Dropshipping company, bought under the impression that they would deliver from local warehouse, and tracking shows it wioll never arrive. There is no customer service.

I am a regular online buyer and I’ve never had a situation like that. Ordered on the 22nd of February, estimated delivery date 5th of March It’s the 16th, has not arrived and no tracking information has been provided. I sent several emails and I get the same answer, “ Your package is in-transit now” I’ve requested a refund and the same answer again “ Your package is in-transit now” No phone number to call no means to get decent feedback This looks like a scam or fraud!!! They lied about the delivery date, they take the money from your account or credit card and then that don’t care. DON’T buy with them and avoid been tricked Thieves!

The have no phone numbers to contact. I placed an order on 2/27/21. Said item was in stock. They charged my credit card right away. Emailed them on 3/2/21 asking when it would ship. Said they are closed on weekends, so my order was currently processing to ship. Contacted them on 3/4/21 wanting to know when shipping. They replied on 3/4/21, that they were checking with warehouse. On 3/5/21, they emailed me and said warehouse has insufficient stock and do not know when they will have it and I could cancel order. I told them to cancel. Of course, did not hear from them until yesterday, 3/8/21 that it was cancelled and any authorization for the amount would drop automatically. NO, they had already charged my card and was posted on March 1! Questioned them about that and they replied "This order and the payment for it have been cancelled"! They cancelled, but they did not reverse the charge. So, I have filed a dispute. Not acceptable, when it states an item is in stock, they charge your card immediately and item is NOT in stock. Plus, no notification that the item was out of stock I had to do all the questioning to find out the answers. Find it very dishonest. Would NEVER recommend them!
