I don't know why there are so many bad reviews.. the only thing I am concerned with is that they dont mention where the item will be shipped from.. I ordered from their canadian website but the item was shipped from california. Other than that i had excellent customer service

Good customer service. My packages didn't arrive a couple of times due to customs or shipping issues, but I have to say they respond well to that and do their best. They refunded 2 shippings that got lost on their own expenses

I put my order through 5 weeks ago. Was expecting it to take a couple weeks max, since I live in Australia. I’ve sent out multiple emails asking for tracking on my parcel. Definitely not shopping here again

The worst customer service experience in my life, I am waiting for an order made 3 months ago and they keep on saying to wait a little longer and refusing to refund me. The most disrespectful and unprofessional online shop I have ever dealt with!

ive been waiting for my order for 2 weeks, customer service have been very unhelpful giving me copy and pasted responses and not listening to the points im actually making in the email. i fear ill never get my order or a refund

Biovea is one of few companies shipping melatonin to the UK, and the service that I received from them on my first order has been good. I made the order on a Tuesday evening, received an email confirmation of despatch the following Wednesday afternoon and received the goods on Monday morning, 12 days later using standard shipping. This was just over 8 working days after my order, which is not bad from the US to the UK. And there were no additional customs duties or anything to pay at my end. The tablets are in good condition, and as described. I see no reason not to order from Biovea again.

a couple of weeks ago i ordered a product from them, i paid for this product via ZIP. a couple days later i decided i didn’t want the product and sent them an email to cancel the order, they cancelled it upon request but will not refund me, every message i send i get an automated response asking for my bank details. i have received this email at least 8 times. this is rediculous and such a scam. how hard is it to refund a product which never even left the warehouse😂

I was waiting two weeks and a half for a order and still never received it. I am so fed up I was trying to give this to a friend by next week and I know i won’t be able to give it to him because this is taking so long. They also do not reply back to you which is crazy.

Never had any problems with them until recently. Ordered 4 items on 21st of October. 2 turned up later, and still no sign of the other 2. Contacted Biovea several times via email, and keep getting the same covid excuse and useless tracking number.

Thus company is so bad, I ordered a product 85 days ago and no sign of it and then sent numerous emails which they stated an automatic reply. How a company can legally steal your money is baffling.

Still waiting for my order as it is stuck in Cairo airport, I am a Brit with the UN in Cairo, I have been emailing Biovea and get the same rubbish reply. Paid extra for delivery too, supplements costing me 200 UK pounds! 4 weeks now!

My order is held by HRPA here in Ireland. I was not told that minoxidil which is OTC is not allowed to be imported, I am not even aware that it will come from the US so I ordered some. I already emailed Biovea, and they gave me store credits instead of a refund. I do not have anything else to buy from them so my money is as good as gone. I will try to dispute this further as it is unfair for them to sell stuff that is not allowed here in Ireland, and they didn't even disclosed that the item will be shipped from the US.

This company has no legal right to sell medicine to Ireland, probably the EU. I ordered Estriol and Progesterone Cream. Here is an email from HPRA when my order was detained at Irish customs: ''The products you ordered Estriol and Progesterone Cream are Prescription Only Medicines In Ireland and therefore cannot be supplied by mail order. The “SUPPLY” by mail order of Prescription Only Medicines is prohibited; therefore the company is breaching Irish legislation by supplying these products to you. Biovea is not an Irish Company and is not authorised to supply medicinal products into Ireland. You should buy your medicines from a recognised and trusted source such as your local Pharmacy. It is for this reason that Irish Customs have detained your package. Both of the above products are listed in S.I. No. 540/2003 - Medicinal Products (Prescription and Control of Supply) Regulations 2003, as amended, as a prescription only substance. These medicinal products cannot be forwarded to you or returned to the supplier as these medicinal products have entered the state illegally. The matter of reimbursement is between you and the company that supplied you. Both of the above products are listed in S.I. No. 540/2003 - Medicinal Products (Prescription and Control of Supply) Regulations 2003, as amended, as a prescription only substance. These medicinal products cannot be forwarded to you or returned to the supplier as these medicinal products have entered the state illegally. The matter of reimbursement is between you and the company that supplied you. '' I have asked for refund through paypal and I got it within a day as I am sure Biovea or rather the 'With Reach USA LLC' who owns them are fully aware they are not authorised to sell medicine to Ireland, they just want to take your money and leave you with the rest of the crapshow that follows.

Hello I recently bought a 3 mg melatonin Supplement innocently believing It was based in Ireland(which I could be forgiven from the Irish flag visible). Apparently I was wrong it is based in the US(I think?). One month later I have received a letter from Irish health authorities saying melatonin at that strength is illegal in the EU as here it is prescription only. And my delivery has been seized by them at a loss of over €20 including customs taxes. Not a huge amount of money but I see from the web search I am not the only one who has been snagged with this. You should be OK with ‘normal’ products but expect a lengthy wait depending on what you order. They have delivery bases for somethings closer to here but be aware you may have to wait a bit depending on what you order. UPDATE Biovea to their credit have contacted to make amends of some sort-so credit to them for that. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ORDER PEOPLE SEEM TO BE GETTING TRIPPED UP WITH MINOXIDIL(FOR THINNING HAIR) & MELATONIN BOTH OF WHICH ARE NOT OTC MEDICINES. BY ALL MEANS ORDER FROM THEM BUT DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST ON WHAT YOU ARE ORDERING.

I bought a Kirkland Minoxidil 5% which is unavailable in Australia. Let me tell you Minoxidil 5% is a medicine that helps people suffering hair loss or male pattern baldness. It helps to stimulate hair. Kirkland always produces high-quality products no doubt and they have really good reputations. There is another Minoxidil company in Australia called Regain 5% it's also good, but Regain sold quite expensive in Australia. I'm using it for a long, and it really works on me as it should, but being expensive I was looking to buy it cheaply Then I came across Biovea Kirkland. I was happy and ordered it. it was a 6month supply. It took time to deliver but okay with it, but I was only concern about the quality. My research also shows there is a lot of duplicate fraud minoxidil produce on the Kirkland Brand name as it is the most popular brand in the world. So to verify Boivea's supplied product I bought 1 4 month supply of Regain 5% Minoxidil. I have to tell you that my Regain journey was till then okay. I was not losing hair. Everything was perfect. but as I got Biovea Kirkland I started using it my first week was okay another half month was okay then I started to see some extra hair fall. after finishing 2nd month of Kirkland in 3rd month I started noticing too much hair loss even I can't explain how bad it was could find my explanation of it. As I was a good responder of Minoxidil. Then I stop using Biovea Minoxidil and started to use Regain 5% then gradually I noticed a reduction in my hair loss. Then I realise that the product Kirkland I bought from Biovea was a first-class fake medicine. I stop using Krikland from biovea now and I'm still using Regain. There are still 3 bottles of Minoxidil left in my house purchased from Biovea. When I tell them to the customer service they said that Minoxidil works differently from person to person. which is a ridiculous statement. It is true its result varies from person to person, but I'm using Regain Minoxidil for more than 6 months and it was working on me. It stabled my hair. When I switched to biovea Minoxidil it didn't work which means Biovea is selling a fake product. Moreover here to say Minoxidil start to show effect after continuous 3 months of use. I tried it 3-month Biovea and 3 months my local trusted one to find out this difference and now the customer service is saying that they can't refund me my money. Conclusion: Never ever buy products from Biovea They sell fake duplicate products for profit. Don't trust them at all.
