“I ordered two bottles of Time Release Melatonin 3mg as stated on my order note, and was instead sent one bottle of Time Release, and one bottle of Fast Dissolve Melatonin. I do not want the Fast Dissolve! I desperately want melatonin that will keep me asleep for the longest possible time. I hope someone can rectify this situation - i do not think i should be charged for postage if i have to sent the Fast D one back. thanks”

“I've used the company for over 4 years and they've always been a bit slow at delivering as items come from USA. However, this time, I ordered almost a month ago & had nothing. I've emailed them 3 times, but only reply was that the items were in transit. But the tracking had said that for 3 weeks. I've asked for a refund but had nothing. I dont need the items any more so I'm not going to order again & they've lost £300 per year custom from me.”
“Goods ordered from USA. When they arrived I had to pay an import duty, when the order was split into 2 separate parcels I paid it on each one. Biovea did refund me when I contacted them. Just too much aggravation.”
