“Good customer service. My packages didn't arrive a couple of times due to customs or shipping issues, but I have to say they respond well to that and do their best. They refunded 2 shippings that got lost on their own expenses”
“Biovea is one of few companies shipping melatonin to the UK, and the service that I received from them on my first order has been good.
I made the order on a Tuesday evening, received an email confirmation of despatch the following Wednesday afternoon and received the goods on Monday morning, 12 days later using standard shipping. This was just over 8 working days after my order, which is not bad from the US to the UK.
And there were no additional customs duties or anything to pay at my end.
The tablets are in good condition, and as described.
I see no reason not to order from Biovea again.”

“i have been purchasing online from Biovea now for 4 years and have never ever had an issue with this Company. I have read many negative Reviews on this thread which totally contradict the experience that i have had with this Company. Whilst delivery can sometimes we a little bit slow (which is hardly Biovea’s fault given the current situation in the World with all freight and mail owing to the pandemic), this Company has never failed to deliver. I throughly recommend them. I will note below that delivery didn’t arrive on time, however, there is a very valid reason for that so don’t take that as being a negative, just an honest response to a question). Maar 'n paar spullen kon ik alleen bij BIOVEA kopen. Slechte beoordelingen gelezen, maar t punt is dat mensen vergeten dat het een wereldwijd bedrijf is, en er inderdaad een tijd over heen gaat voordat jouw pakket aankomt. Houdt alles even goed in de gaten; mails, track en trace, of mail hun tussendoor nog even. Dan lukt het gewoon.”

I put in my order on February 3rd, the goods were dispatched and paid for on 4th, and an e-mail to confirm that they were on the way and would arrive between 13 - 20th February depending on the air freight travel. The order arrived this Saturday 20th, right on time.
