“Before contacting Black Diamond, we did a lot of research online, compared products, until we finally decided to give them a call and a quick visit as we wee in the area. Jake explained to us the differences between the models and we ended up opting for a 32amp. Ordered one week later and then installed once the garden was ready. Arron and Chris arrived promptly on the day, managed to fit the 85cm+ tub within the 90cm garden gate, installed it, explained all the details.. and then gone in under 2h :) Thanks for everything! Top team!”

“Before contacting Black Diamond I had visited a few branches in my local area in Glasgow. I was unsure as they were so far away and had to rely on pictures. Jake who I spoke to to begin with had fantastic customer service and really put my mind at ease. I also spoke to James and Harry who were also helpful. The turn around was also really fast and the hold up was me getting my garden ready for the hot tub. The install was yesterday and Arran and Chris were efficient and really helpful and even answered my silly questions. I would recommend Black Diamond. Thank you.”

“Just had my Spa and Heat Pump installed and I can't fault the service. Couple small issues but they were sorted within 2 days. That is important. Easy when everything goes OK but when something goes wrong you want it sorting quickly. Great lads who installed it,especially Terry. Thank you all. Steve”

“Recently had the Monaco 2 installed, and from our visit to the shop through to a repeatedly delayed installation due to our shed delivery we had a fantastic service by Black Diamond Spa's. Every query and request is met in a friendly professional manner with great service provided from the outset. Special mention to Jay and Clint who installed the beast of a tub into a tightly fitting shed ! They also followed up with a valuable instruction session on how to set up and maintain it. We can highly recommend this company if you are looking for good value and professionalism.”

“Great service. Simple to order, good advice on types and functions. Impressed by the price. Delivery on time and done without fuss. Our two guys Jay & Clint very professional, explained the functions and went through how we maintain the water quality. Clear and simple instruction - That's what we like! used a couple of times and we love it. Well done Black Diamond Spas.”

“Fantastic, friendly service right from the beginning as I walked around the showroom getting in and out of various hot tubs. Always contactable and helpful with any query in between order and delivery. Jay and Clint turned up to deliver on the day as promised and talked us through all the features and how to work our new sparkly hot tub, again nothing was too much trouble. Now enjoying using it regularly and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Diamond Spas in Chesterfield. Thank you”
