“Absolutely fantastic service from the very beginning when we visited the showroom, everything was explained to us all our questions was answered, we eventually settled on the Monaco 2, delivery day came we had a phone call to tell us what time they was arriving, when jay & Clint arrived unfortunately the hot tub wouldn't fit down the side of our house but jay and Clint was very patient they looked at all other options to get the hot tub where we wanted it but in the end the only option to get the hot tub where we wanted it was to have it craned over our house which jay and clint arranged everything for us and everything was arranged for the next day, everything went smoothly jay and Clint went above and beyond to help and explained everything very clearly to us once the hot tub was set up, fantastic service guys thank you very much.”

“I purchased recently the Nevada Hot Tub. From the moment I called to see what they had in stock already, which ones suited my needs, I have had the best customer experience from Jake in the shop, Jay and Clint installing the tub for me. I would highly recommend this company when purchasing a hot tub as they never pressured me and were always happy to answer questions, and I had loads .. 😆 He was patient and answered every question honestly.”

“Just had the Monaco 2 installed by Jay & Clint. We had an initial issue with access but Jay & Clint were happy to wait while I sorted problem. The install went great and we were given a comprehensive demonstration on how to work and look after the hot tub. Would highly recommend Black Diamond Spa’s if you are thinking of buying a hot tub. Very professional company and easy to deal with from the onset.”

“We have just had our first service done today by Terry. We got a text the day before and he arrived on time. He spent 3 hours here and thoroughly cleaned everything. He gave us some really helpful advise and overall did a fantastic job Our hot tub now looks like new.”

“We were helped through the buying process from start to finish with Black diamond Spas. Extremely helpful over the phone, and delivered very quickly to us. Delivery by Jay and Clint was brilliant. They helped us and talked us through the maintenance process from start to finish. Hot tub was delivered with no issues and the tub was in perfect condition. Thanks for everything.”

“Recently had the Monaco 2 installed, fantastic service by Black Diamond Spa's, professional service provided from the outset. Special mention to Jay and Clint who installed ours, we had a few issues with the access to my property but eventually got the tub into position in the end with a little help from a forklift. Once installed we given detailed instruction for pre use, filter maint, dosage etc etc. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of buying from Black Diamond Spa's”

“Having my spa these past few weeks has been fantastic, the whole process was easy. The fitters were hard working and very friendly and explained how to use everything very well. Any questions I had were answerd just by ringing the office direct . The chemicals and cleaning couldn't be more simple.”

“Excellent service everytime, from buying the hot tub 3 years ago to purchasing products to the annual services. Terry came to service our tub this afternoon and as always he is friendly, polite and a does a thorough job. I could not recommend these guys highly enough!”

“Very happy with black diamond informed all the way through and kept us up to date with all progress. The fitter jay and Clint did a sterling job off fitting on what must have been the second hottest day ever, they worked no stop and was very informative. “We recently had our Spa installed by Jay and Clint and their service was excellent. They arrived on time and set up the spa perfectly. They made sure we knew exactly how to use and maintain it. They were excellent. We love our spa, its brilliant and was an excellent price. I would definitely recommend Black Diamond Spas.”

“What a wonderful team and a pleasure to deal with, the customer service is fantastic. We initially choose Black Diamond because they were fairly local and very competitive. Unfortunately due to delays with our builders it took 9 months instead of 2 from ordering the hot tub until we were ready for it to be delivered, but the team at Black Diamond never pressurised us. Jay and Clint delivered and installed the tub and were very professional, friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this organisation and all staff.”

“Just had our Atlantis Hottub serviced by Terry from Black Diamond Spas and we could not be happier. Terry was very helpful, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job even cleaning up out hottub cover to make it look like new. Terry was held up in a traffic jam for 2 hours but kept us updated on his progress regularly. Can not fault Black Diamond Spas, great service.”

“The Florida is a terrific spa at a very competitive price. Friendly service from our first enquiry with all questions answered promptly and lots of useful advice for first time spa owners.
