I asked for a reset link to be sent to my email, tried twice, it didn't show up, checked my spam as well, not there. tried to log in with Facebook, page 404 not found. ok fine, I will check out as a guest. Can't do that because my email already exists and it won't allow my to check out. I tried to contact someone through the chat box, but the message was "offline right now and we will get back to you asap". I had to use a different email to check out as a guest. also, I ordered over $250 worth of product and there's no free shipping? Come on. Although I have loved most of your products this was a headache to deal with trying to order more. And I get this is the IT department, and has no impact on the product itself. The only product I haven't liked was the glazed donut flavor, I'm still trying to work my way through it from whenever I purchased it.”
