“I think you have very good products at a great price. Compared to other brands, your products have less sugar, which I really appreciate.
The only downside is that it’s not possible to create bulk packs. I wanted to buy around 10–12 kilos, but once I go over 8 kilos I have to add more bags at the base price. It feels like if I’m buying more product, I should be getting a better price, or at least keep the last discount you offered, instead of paying more again.
It doesn’t really make sense to be penalised for buying larger quantities, especially when other websites usually maintain or even improve the discount when you purchase more in bulk.”
