“With repeated problems entering the coupon code I was given, ordering became an extended chore. Customer support tried to help but none of their solutions worked. I very nearly gave up entirely but had to order protein from *somewhere*. I eventually just paid for the shipping (even though it was my first order) because I'd been trying so long and I just gave up. Support later refunded the shipping cost, which is definitely appreciated. This doesn't make the difficulty in ordering any less though, hence the less than stellar review. And I'm yet to receive the order in a timely manner or sample the product, so I can't offer a full review of my experience with the company. The attempted assistance and shipping refund is appreciated though.”
