Hi Isaac, Unfortunately, there has been significant increases in global whey prices. We strive to be as affordable as possible through our direct to consumer model. We're hoping to see whey prices come down in 2022.
Hey Ramy, thanks for the review and we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, sometimes parcels can be delayed. It could be a case that a driver has tested positive somewhere along the way to your location. Please be assured it’s our responsibility to get you your parcel, and we will keep onto it with the couriers until it arrives.
Unfortunately for all Ecommerce retailers, this is the unfortunate reality until covid restrictions ease. We hope you can understand these circumstances are out of our control for the time being.
