“I will be moving into a new home very soon. I've been keeping my eye on different blind companies and comparing prices and product. Once I narrowed my search, I googled reviews of the two companies in which I was interested. BLINDSTER, one of the companies on my list, got consistently STELLAR REVIEWS for their customer service and their product. The other blind company had horrible customer service reviews. Needless to say, I chose Blindster. I ordered over $2600 worth of blinds. Less than 24 hours after I submitted my online order, the website displayed a further discount for another sale they were having. I called Blindster to discuss the fact that the blinds I ordered less than 24 hours ago were now on sale for even less. The customer service staff was super! They made a cost adjustment with no issues. Their website clearly states that after 24 hours, the blinds are in production and no changes can be made. But this was less than 24 hours after the order was submitted.They went above and beyond to make sure that my order reflected the new sales price. They certainly lived up to their reviews for excellent customer service. Although I have not installed my new blinds yet, I did go through every blind to make sure each one worked and reflected exactly what I ordered. The product looked awesome. Everything was perfect. I will be installing these blinds in the coming week and can't wait to see what they look like in my new home. Blindster is an excellent company with which to work. if I have any additional needs, this company is at the top of my list!”

“Overall satisfied. One issue we had was the instructions for inside mount plantation shutters did not indicate which of the 4 frame pieces were to be installed as left side, right side, top side and bottom side. With no frame install instruction info to guide me I installed the outter frame upside down. The shutter hinges did not meet or align for proper mounting. I wasted time drilling and screwing fragil mount points only to realise I had to remove everything and turn frame 180 degrees and reinstall. Please label the frames to assist in proper orientation & speedy install. Great quality shutters. Thanks Blindster”
