“I’ve ordered blinds from Blindster several times, and every experience has been wonderful. The quality is consistently excellent, and that’s why I chose them again after moving to a new home. This time there were a few issues, but their customer service was fantastic. Communication was smooth and they resolved everything quickly and professionally. “This is the 2nd time I have used Blindster. They make a great product that is reasonably priced. The measurements were spot on when we installed the blinds. I bought a front door blind, but unfortunately, my dog destroyed it after a few years. I found the label on the broken blinds and was easily able to locate my account online for the first time, allowing me to order a new set of blinds with no problems and no hassles, including color and delivery. “I actually ordered the wrong product. My fault for not reading carefully. Only after they were installed did I realize this, so I was really mad at myself. Vincent in Customer Service was the epitome of kind, clear, and helpful. Made it so easy! Laughed along with me. Just a delight. I will ALWAYS order from Blindster. Excellent business in all ways. (Oh, and the blinds are beautiful, with solid mechanisms, unlike the ones you get from the box stores.)”

“Phenomenal experience!! I was a nervous wreck ordering online. I just knew it would be of poor quality and a bad fit, especially for the price. I had looked at others that were well over $700 for one shade. When they arrived, I was floored!! The quality was excellent, and the hanging instructions were easy, and I was able to install them ( I bought 2) with ease! Thank you, Blindster! Keep up the good work!”
