“I had to contact them as the tracking said the delivery was still in transit on the 4th, having said it would be delivered on the 2nd. They quickly phoned me back to apologise and say that it the flowers had in fact been delivered on the 2nd but there had been a technical hitch with the tracking process. All sorted and thank you Killian for your prompt phone call. I would use your company again.”

“Although the flowers were good they did not look like the bunch we ordered for our friend when she sent through a pic on arrival. Totally differently flowers and colours were in the bunch and it wasn't as vibrant as what was advertised.”

“I was happy with the selection of flower arrangements to choose from. Also I found the online ordering process very efficient and easy. As a customer, one element I would like is to see provided is 'preferred delivery times'. As there is no option to choose a delivery time I was unable to guide the person I was sending the flowers to as to what time they might arrive, be it morning, afternoon or evening. This made me quite anxious as I was unsure if they would be home to receive the flowers when they arrived. I have noticed preferred delivery times available with other flower companies so maybe this is something you could potentially incorporate for your customers. That's the only issue, the rest of the experience was lovely!”

“Good service. Friendly manner. Upset that my order wasn't the same as the photo and flowers were missing as they were unavailable. The bouquet was picked for those specific flowers and would have chosen a different bouquet had I known they were not going to be available. Smaller than I thought they were going to be. But overall the flowers were very pretty.”

“Flowers were delivered on time and as always were very nice too. However I did choose this bouquet because of the Calla lilies, and unfortunately there were none in the bouquet delivered.”
