“Truly appalling business model and customer service. It is reasonable to expect that flowers ordered for a particular day will arrive on that day. Flowers tend to be for occasions after all - birthdays, anniversaries etc. Bloom & Wild heavily caveat that they can't guarantee flowers will arrive on your chosen day. A weird offering for a florist. They also claim '94%' do arrive on time. I question their evidence, given how poorly they perform in all other areas as a business. So far my order is delayed by 48 hours. My disappointed friend has waited at home for two days for a gift that failed to arrive. When delivery is delayed like this, Bloom & Wild send you an automated message, offering a five pound discount on your next purchase. Not a refund. So, shoddy service and communications so poor that it relies solely on AI and automated emails - and they expect the customer to come back for more.”
“After countless failed attempts to resolve the issue on my own, I turned to FRAUD SHIELD RECOVERY . I was immediately impressed by her team’s approach. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. They made a difficult experience bearable”
“I ordered some flowers to be sent to my friend after an operation with hopes to brighten her day & cheer her up. The 1st bunch arrived looking tired, droopy & old so I complained and requested a replacement to be sent to her. The 2nd bunch were even worse than the 1st one. She & I were absolutely flabbergasted at the state of them. I will be requesting a refund once I get hold of someone in their customer services team.”
“What I received was dry flowers already open and petals falling a very pitiful you can’t even call it a bunch I got them on the 1st I’ll be binning them this afternoon a total waste of money”
“When I opened the box I wondered who had sent me a bunch of dead flowers. I put them in a vase for 2 days as advised, hoping they would revive They didn't and ended up in the garden waste. They were from my daughter and I actually bought a bunch of flowers because she would have been so upset had she seen what you sent.”
“Failed to deliver birthday gift and card to 88 year old dementia patient in a care home causing much distress to the recipient. Faulty log in system on the website meant the gift could not be followed up. Customer phone line cut me off twice. When I finally got through I was offered either a resend of the birthday package which would arrive days late and cause even more confusion and upset, or a refund taking up to 10 days. Very disappointing”
“Poor quality flowers. No colour at all. Nothing like advertised on website. Very misleading. A very disappointing gift from my daughter for mothers day 😪”
“For what I paid, these were the worst flowers I have ever received. I got a bunch of flowers for my wife and my mother for Mother’s Day and I was so embarrassed that I went off to Waitrose and drove to my mother to directly give her a decent bunch of flowers. They should be ashamed.”
“Very disappointed with the quality and state of your flowers…a few broken stems to add to the mix….
They are beyond sleepy … they are hanging on to life by a thread!
I will never ever buy flowers from this company… they were fit only for the compost heap!
Unfortunately they were a gift from a dear friend and I am reticent to tell her of the state of her kind thoughtful gift What a con … Hope you can improve if you intend to continue your business….”
“I am Mrs Mary Jackman and you will see I have had a few orders . The latest chocolate brownie I received and I did not want to buy them although they are very nice. I am 92 years old and the technology I am trying to get used to. I did not realise you had kept details of my payment card as when I tried to pay I was ordering another order of flowers to my daughter in law Mrs Kathryn Jackman. I did not realise I sent her 5 lots of flowers. I am surprised you did not question this.
Please do not accept any more orders from me without questioning it. I have tried to phone you but have not received any reply. Thank you. Mary Jackman”
“Truly poor quality!! Leaves withered and bent, brownish instead of green.these flowers were beyond”sleepy” they were just ice ice cold:-( alstromeria still limp even after having a drink,Solidaster(solidago) not fresh turning a browny shade on edge of the petals.I was so delighted to receive the gift from a kind caring friend,as a cheer as I am seriously poorly,I thanked her very much but would definitely not wish to upset her as people spend their monies doing something nice,so I haven’t mentioned the poor limp quality of The Anna, foliage? What foliage :-( upsetting and sadly would never now recommend Bloom & Wild.Regards”
“I received a bouquet from my sister as a get well gift and was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the flowers sent as I know how expensive arrangements are from this company. Some of the flowers/leaves were brown at the edges, some had heads or petals missing and the stems of some were rotten halfway up. The bouquet was drab, sparse and half dead. Nothing like the photos on the website.”
“0 * They forced the long box through my 1950 brass letter box and I cannot believe their delivery person would have risked doing that. They are very boring (in my opinion) flowers and were totally squashed - in fact more wispy green things and very few flowers. It is extremely embarrassing as there is no way I can tell my friend about this gift. She would be mortified. I would certainly never use this firm myself and advise all my friends not to”
“I have had my first bouquet delivered they were mainly dead my sister got credit so sent another bouquet different type and the roses poor quality get better in my supermarket never had a problem with your quality before very disappointed 😞”
“Very disappointed with bouquet which showed far less flowers than advertised. When I complained I was told to re arrange them and wait till they bloomed. There were less stems than in their photo so was never going to work.”
“The flowers were not delivered to the correct address. As they were a gift I was not expecting or tracking them. They were found some days after delivery in the grounds of a nearby church. There was no box packaging but the card was with them & a neighbour recognised my name & brought them to me! Considering the flowers had been there for several days there were in a surprisingly good condition. My complaint is not about the flowers but the delivery which seems to have been just dumping them at the churchyard. If they had gone to a neighbouring house in error, I’m sure they would have been passed on to me but delivery to a church yard?!”
“I would not have given one star except that it was the only way to start writing this review. I have just received the Festive Foliage selection in utter disgust. I almost threw it away until I saw that it had come from my family. How can you have the nerve to charge people an exorbitant amount of money for a bunch of shrub clippings that have been transported without even any water to keep them in something like a good condition? But then it is always about making a profit by persuading gullible people that they are buying something exclusive. A trick as old as the hills. I have written a very distressed email to my family and sincerely hope that I will never again be in receipt of anything from Bloom and Wild again.”
