I was so thrilled to receive an annual subscription for monthly This is my third delivery and all have been very disappointing, roses died quickly dispite following instructions carefully and generally poor quality flowers (my second delivery was in response to a complaint about the poor quality post Christmas) I would not recommend letterbox flowers at all .

Flowers looked cheap and drab. Wish I had purchased from supermarket. Definitely not worth £27.00!

Unfortunately the package which I received was a very poor example of your product. The flowers lacked any attractive colour and were quite dried up. I would not be attracted to buy your products in future.

for two months of a years gift the flowers arrived in a dreadful state . in December the box arrived open , not sealed closed , so the flowers were damaged beyond help. this month the flowers arrived squashed , needles on waxflower all over the floor since it was half dead , and the flowers once again squashed beyond help. the box they send them in is clearly far too shallow and despite what the leaflet says they do not recover but are bruised and damaged . since they are a gift what are my options ?

Ordered flowers for my dad for Christmas. They didn’t arrive. Bloom and wild gave me a credit so I reordered. These flowers did arrive but 6 days after they were posted. Dad just put them in the bin. Bloom and wild have still not refunded or credited me and now won’t even respond to emails. Shocking service. AVOID!

Flowers arrived dead so thrown in bin, must have been packed that way as with this cold weather should have arrived tip top condition. Refund given but will never deal with this company again

Flowers were a gift from work, should have been a nice reward but just made me feel undervalued & pretty upset that this was what people thought all that hard work all year had meant. Not their fault at all who were they to know a box of dried dying flowers would arrive. I personally wouldn’t have paid £5.00 for the let along £30+ quid.

HOPELESS AND UNRELIABLE. I ordered Birthday flowers to my mum that didn’t arrive on the day. Bloom & Wild claimed the delivery was for a day later until I dug out their original confirmation email. My mother now will have the flowers an extra day old which is shameful for a product that has a limited shelf life. Will never use this shambolic company again.

I was sent a very nice plant off my cousin after the death of my mum, I was out when the delivery arrived so they decided to throw it over the garden wall, thankfully the pot did not smash but I did have to collect the soil from the box as best as I could. Personal code 783970395.

I ordered the miniature decorated Christmas tree. It cost £31.45 including postage and I was very disappointed when it arrived. Looked like a small twig cut off a tree bunged in some soil. It looks truly pathetic, nothing like their photograph on website. I wish I had bought one from a supermarket.

My order wasn't delivered on the promised day, and I wasn't told about the delay until nearly the end of the day, so it wasn't possible to go to another florist and arrange for something to be delivered the next day. They could only deliver two days later than promised.

Absolutely awful experience, they’ve gone so far down hill since I last used them. AVOID. Flowers are saying delivered but are nowhere to be found, I’ve been sent on a wild goose chase trying to track them down with little to no help from B&W and no proof of delivery. I am beyond disappointed with the level of service and there is zero accountability from B&W and their delivery partners. The level of customer service is non existent and I’m sent from chat bot to chat bot with no one answering calls and different agents answering each time via email asking the same questions. I am living far away from my mum and this was meant to provide some comfort & a special surprise on her birthday! I’m completely gobsmaked by the chaotic approach!

I ordered two letterbox flowers for my aunt and cousin when my cousin lost her son suddenly. The delivery was planned for Saturday however one box arrived on the following Monday and the other has yet to arrive. I can’t imagine how awful their grief is and now they’re potentially opening a box of dead flowers from me! And I feel responsible! What terrible service it is to offer fresh flowers and not deliver. If you can’t deliver fresh flowers then frankly you should not be taking orders. This is just so disappointing. And I absolutely will not be using bloom and wild again. I called the customer service line and they’re sending another box to the one who hasn’t received yet. But honestly it’s a bit too little too late as you can’t stop the box of dead flowers from being delivered can you. I’ve also been refunded for the other late box which is appreciated but I’ve no idea what kind of condition the flowers will be in. Disappointed and extremely saddened by this service.

Just awful! My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday which happened to be on Saturday. I was at home but the flowers were not delivered until Monday sometime ( I found them when I came home from whorl at 16:30).So somebody decided it was ok to leave fresh flowers to wait all weekend and probably all Monday ( unless you are at home ) , needless to say flowers were in pathetic state ! Would not recommend and would never use again.

The flowers were delivered too late, in the evening, to an obvious work address. Terrible customer service. Really disappointed, never again.

We ordered a bouquet for a dear relative who had been given terminal medical news. We live overseas so we wanted to organise something for the recipient, who sent a photo to say thanks. We were horrified at what she had received - a sparse small bouquet, compared with the photo, brown roses after 2 days from the delivery. While the B&W team offered to resend the bouquet, the embarrassment and disappointment from our perspective, had already occurred so to send a replacement would have required an explanation to the recipient, during a difficult period. It would have been nice for the original bouquet to be what was intended. I wish I had used my usual flower vendors, but tried B&W. Anyway too late now, but won’t use again.
