“Appalling quality letterbox flowers. I’ve had 3 letterbox flowers from friends and every “bunch” have arrived dead or half dead. Very few flowers and those that survive do not last long. Total waste of good money Buy fresh don’t buy Bloom and Wild.”

They were delivered by the postman ,such a good idea so you don’t miss them .
They arrived in perfect condition, with directions on their care, unusual blooms and greenery.

“So disappointed have used bloom & wild frequently.never been disappointed with flowers / delivery However Flowers were meant to be delivered yesterday, Never arrived.Phoned Vistomer service & advised they were to be delivered today between 11..-3.oo Still not arrived.Can't fault customer service but postal service.Ironically had also ordered a small bouguet for a friend (due to be believed tomorrow but arrived today & she was so delighted.. “Pleased to received the yui flowers,but disapointed, with the lack of colour, they have not lasted very well. I've have supermarket flowers that lasted longer,carnation shriveled and leaves shedding. Mothers day flowers haven't faired well. They were sent by our son”

They arrived the following day.
Our mother was so disappointed with them, from the packaging to the actual flowers they were a total disaster.
She said they were wrapped in brown paper and the box had loose dead flower heads in the bottom, the rest of the flowers were withered, she said a child could have packed them better.
I chose the Rue Bouquet at £36-00, and did expect quality. All i got was a disappointed mum.
I have used Bloom & Wild many times in the past and have always been a satisfied customer. Sadly not this time.”
