“Ordered a little Christmas tree with lights and baubles for my old mum, plant was squashed flat on arrival ,but upon opening the ‘tree’ had only grown on one side, there were no branches to pull down to level out and make it look ‘ok’.poor quality, and deformed the moment was lost ,what a pity, product and the after sales is pants.”
“My flowers have not arrived at their destination, very disappointed, but the customer service was good and had a full refund, it’s just upsetting as it was supposed to be a special delivery”
“A Birthday Bloom Turned Gloom
My daughter-in-law’s birthday was meant to be special—full of warmth, love, and, of course, beautiful flowers to brighten her day. That was the plan when I carefully selected a bouquet from Bloom & Wild, a brand I’d heard so many rave about. "fresh and delivered with care," their website promised.
Today, the flowers arrived. And what a devastating sight they were.
Instead of the vibrant, carefully arranged blooms I had envisioned, the bouquet looked as though it had endured a week-long storm before reaching our doorstep. Wilted petals drooped in defeat, stems bent and snapped and a bit of mould for good measure. The chosen message card? Nowhere to be found.
This wasn’t just a letdown—it was an insult. A birthday is a celebration, not an occasion for half-hearted, battered blooms that look seconds away from the compost bin. Infuriating!!
I’ve ordered flowers before from other florists—some luxurious, some budget-friendly—but never have I received something so shockingly subpar. The worst part? My daughter-in-law, ever gracious, tried to salvage what was left, but even she couldn’t hide her disappointment.
Bloom & Wild—more like Wither & Wilt. Consider this my first and last order. If this is their idea of "thoughtful gifting," then they have a long way to go before earning my trust again.
Next time? I’ll stick with a florist who actually delivers on their promises.
Rant over. But the disappointment lingers. 🌷✖️

“I received 2 bouquet's from 2 different people. The first box was battered and unable to go through the letter box so didn't get them until the following day when we were home to take delivery.
Both lots of flowers were put into one vase to give a decent bunch.
All the roses did not open and just dried up at the size they arrived even though they were trimmed at the stem and water was changed regularly with new food.
Not impressed atall.”
“The code on my flowers was
780118590
They were delivered on Mother's day,and it said on the box, they would bloom within 48 hours, and they haven't,also there were three broken carnations in the bunch. I was a little disappointed. My daughter Miss R Hide, ordered them for me, and they were delivered to
59 Sandiway avenue, Widnes,
WA88LE.”
“Received a letterbox gift of flowers - very disappointed with quantity and quality of flowers inside- had to add a few blooms from another delivery from M&S to make a reasonable display. This is the second time your flowers have been poor so I
would never use bloomandwild to send flowers to anyone.”
“I was delighted to receive some thinking of you flowers from my grandsons but very disappointed when the carnations in the molly bunch failed to open. It needed these to brighten the arrangement. Looked a bit drab.”
“I received flowers for my birthday but was disappointed with the quality . There
were 2 boken stems (no heads) in the box along with some very tired looking flowers. Two of which I had to throw away as they had brown petals at the base of the stem.
They were delivered on time by Royal Mail.”
“I have ordered lots of flowers but this Bunch was disappointing and not like it looked on line. Very dark foliage and very dark flowers. Only limited resemblance to the picture of the flowers I based my order on (Kiri). Had to buy additional flowers to brighten it up. Expected better things.”
“It was lovely to receive a gift of flowers after my husband passed away , I was quite disappointed in the quality , 3 of the heads had fallen off the stems and 2 were broken/bent so couldn’t use them . I have no idea how much my friend paid for the gift but I’m sure she would be very upset to know that they arrived in such a state , I have tried to add photos of the broken stems but won’t load ?”
“This was their last chance. Hadn’t used them in years as I was let down a few years ago. Had hoped for a next day delivery (as stated on site) but it wasn’t to be ! Pity cos their flowers are usually nice.”
“I’ll start this by saying I did receive a refund which is why the 2 stars instead of 1.
I placed an order several weeks ago, and the day before it was set to be delivered I received notification saying it had been dispatched to Royal Mail and received a tracking number. It was due to be delivered yesterday, but as I checked the tracking for most of the day it never updated. So today, I tried checking the tracking again, only for the link no longer to be working. I reached out to them through their chat box, and was told my order would be delivered in 3 days. I asked why, and was told that unfortunately the ran out of stock.
So, while apparently having no stock they dispatched my order. Then decided not to inform me they would be sending it late. Horrible service. I have seen countless reviews of things not showing up on time. What a waste of a flower company.”
“I paid for special delivery and left a note on the delivery instructions which was ignored. I found out the delivered gift was thrown over the garden fence and not delivered after the time I specified in the notes. I paid for a service which did not deliver.”
“I ordered the festive foliage - not cheap
Each stem tiny and flimsy as if one piece of eucalyptus cut to make three pieces
I bought it to fill out with other flowers but it’s all very flimsy and pathetic
You would put it back if you were in a florist
Tiny stems
Outrageous price for what I got
I previously used a subscription and thought I would try again after years of Freddie’s flowers but absolutely won’t order again”
“I have no idea when my flowers were delivered even though I was in for 2 days they must have been delivered. I found a bedraggled bunch of flowers left on my path in the wind and rain and the packaging soaked. The card I found on the footpath otherwise I wouldn't have known who they were from. I feel a note should have been put through the door so I would have known they were there. I'm sure when they were chosen they were lovely”
