“This is fraud company. Don't believe on them. I ordered for the 31st December. To date, i haven't received any confirmation regarding delivery. Following up via email on January 3rd, I received a response stating that my area is too distant from their distribution center and that an additional 500rs fee is required.
This is unacceptable. The company accepted my order, implying an agreement to fulfill it. Demanding an additional fee after the order was placed constitutes a breach of this implied agreement. I find this practice highly misleading and fraudulent.
The company spoiled my son's birthday. If the company can't deliver the order on time then why do they take order. I will be forced to pursue further action to resolve this matter.”

“I booked flowers and cake and paid Rs 1259 for delivery on 16dec24, which according to their website would be done by 12 noon. Until 5 pm no seliywas done so I reached out to them. At 8 pm a cake (in Ferns and Petals) box was delivered with HALF Message on the cake. Flowers not delivered at all. I'm following up for refund but they ibsist that delivery has been done. The order was confirmed and after 4 hours i received a mail from them saying i need to pay rs. 300 for delivery as the location was in the interior where as the location was almost on the highway. I saw the mail at around 11 pm. And the delivery time was 8 pm that day. Next day i asked for refund and they said they will deduct rs. 200. Even though it was not my fault i agreed to deduction asked the rest to be refunded. I received a refund confirming mail and today at around 12.30 pm i received a mail confirming delivery. I wish I could give ZERO stars to this sham of a flower delivery company. They cancelled my order at the last minute, leaving me stranded and ruining an important occasion. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to not refund my money!
