“I had ordered yellow carnations for a loved one in vapi .It was ro be delivered between 8am to 12bpm on 24.11.24.i get a mail saying since yellow carnations are not available they would substitute with red roses.till late afternoon no flowers were received .what was delivered were multicolored withered discolored sad carnations.
I lost my money and my respect infront of my family .total disgrace .”

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent flower delivery I received from your company. While I understand that seasonal limitations may affect flower availability, the quality of the flowers I received was entirely unacceptable.
Despite my sending pictures as evidence, I was informed by your quality team that the flowers were deemed "fresh." This claim is untrue, as the flowers delivered were visibly old, with wilted petals and an overall poor appearance that did not match the quality I paid for.
Additionally, the product description stated that I would receive a vase along with 25 flowers. However, not only were the flowers substandard, but no vase was included in the delivery.
Given these issues, I kindly request an immediate replacement of the product or a full refund. Failing to address this matter promptly would leave me with no choice but to consider further action, as this experience feels like a misrepresentation of the product I bought..
