“I had ordered a bouquet delivery for 18th December to Mangalore. The order was confirmed and after 4 hours i received a mail from them saying i need to pay rs. 300 for delivery as the location was in the interior where as the location was almost on the highway. I saw the mail at around 11 pm. And the delivery time was 8 pm that day. Next day i asked for refund and they said they will deduct rs. 200. Even though it was not my fault i agreed to deduction asked the rest to be refunded. I received a refund confirming mail and today at around 12.30 pm i received a mail confirming delivery. What nonsense.”

I wish I could give ZERO stars to this sham of a flower delivery company. They cancelled my order at the last minute, leaving me stranded and ruining an important occasion. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to not refund my money!
Their so-called "cancellation charges" policy is the most ridiculous and unfair thing I’ve ever seen. Why should I be penalized when the product I ordered was unavailable due to THEIR incompetence? This company is blatantly exploiting its customers, and their lack of accountability is appalling.
Customer service? Nonexistent. They don’t respond, don’t care, and definitely don’t understand the concept of resolving issues. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want your special moments ruined and your money stolen. Shame on them!”

“I have ordered one flower boutique for 700 rs.on 16th of nov 2024. Ir was not delivered. So I have asked for a refund on 17th nov, the very next day and registered a complaint also ,Which was not solved yet.. The phone no. Given is also a fake number. We can never get connected. No response for my email also..This is fully a fake website.please dont ever buy anything and dont waste your money.I just wonder whether i will get my money back.”

“I ordered two bouquets for a friend on jer birthday to be delivered to Kaithal yesterday evening. To be delivered to in the first half of the day which was between 8 am and 12 pm.
Suddenly at about 10 am today I get a mail to say those flowers cannot be delivered and red roses can be sent instead. And if they don't hear from me in two hours they will proceed with the substitution.
Since I saw it only after two hours I asked them to go ahead. Then changed my mind. I don't know what will happen now. Perhaps they will send those damned red roses. And charge me for orchids and carnations.
Red roses? I can get them at every street corner.
Perhaps thisis how this bloomsvilla makes its profits. Charge for something different and send the ubiquitous roses.
