“I had a disappointing experience with Bloomsvilla (Order BV24214468). I ordered wild orchids and paid Rs. 1349, but the next day, I was informed that the flowers were unavailable. They offered red roses as a substitute, but I requested to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Instead, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee of Rs. 200.
Additionally, their customer service has been frustratingly unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times without success, and my request for a callback has been ignored.
I expected better service and support, and I am disappointed with how this was handled. I would not recommend Bloomsvilla based on my experience.”

“I had an awful experience. They promised delivery within 3 hours, but the flowers didn't arrive until the next day. No one bothered to contact me and to make matters worse, they accepted an order for Rajasthan, a location they don’t even service. They charged me 200 INR for canceling, citing their 48-hour cancellation policy—yet they took my order at 8 p.m. with a promise to deliver in 3 hours. When they failed to deliver, they still penalized me. I had to follow up countless times to get my refund (even though I am not sure if I will receive it). Overall, it was a pathetic experience.”
