“Fraud company , scam you into buying exotic flowers . I was told after the delivery time was over that it’s not available and they can send roses instead. When asked for more details the extremely rude customer service agents told me to be patient and closed the chat”
“It’s really a ridiculous service company . I ordered the cake for my brother anniversary . The delivery date was 31 st Jan and they have delivered on 30 th Jan and spoiled the show .
Secondly the taste and packing and do the delivery man for the cake all are like some cake from local bakery from some cheap shop . They are charging so high and sending such pathetic items that too for eating . Shame and please close your company or site .”
“Very Late Cake Delivery for Order No.BV2252054. The Cake was suppose to arrive at 3pm-5pm. Which actually arrived at 8.35 pm, the celebration was finished by the time cake arrived. Worst delivey service ever had !!!”
“Order a wreath and paid about 3,000 for it. It was went for my uncles funeral and wanted exactly what I saw and what was claimed to being offered by this site. When the item arrived it was a MUCH cheaper flower and instead of it being covered in pretty large roses it was some kind of cheap large daisy like flowers in a single line. We tried to get an explantion what happen and all they said was they ran out so they replaced it with EQUAL quality. See picture and tell me if you see EQUAL anything. On top of that its not this site bloody business to take the liberty to assume I'd be okay with it. Maybe I would have just wanted my refund and looked else where if they were unable to provide what I thought I was getting. They had my email and phone number. They could have called to ask " IS IT OKAY IF WE" ..... They have ruined this moment of respect for my uncle and my relatives made the best out of it since there was no time but literally minutes before the actual funeral.”

The gift was a plant to be gifted online on the wedding day
It was not delivered on that day they gave an excuse that the receipent didn’tpick up the phone
Well !! Then I mailed them to deliver to the home are for which they asked Rs200 more which I paid and updated the new address
Till this moment of typing the gift has not been received by my friends yet
I lost almost Rs1300
And no idea if they will deliver or not
