“Ballon missing on arrival due to fault in website order process on night before event. Refund and apology given. Meant I had to source a ballon locally- turned out much cheaper! Balloons began to deflate 12 hours after delivery. Disappointing due to the price. Will not be using again.”

“Many Thanks to Tilly and her team for making my wife's 40th birthday special, The balloons arrived as promised at the right time on the right day, and were personalized with my wife's name. They were packaged perfectly, and it was nice to deal with a company that still has the personal touch of being able to speak to an actual person. I have the mother in law's 60th coming up in Feb, and will definItely be using Bloonaway again. Great company and service Many Thanks Dave L.”
