I was really excited to receive my balloons promptly only to find out one of the five balloons was deflated when box was opened. At the end of the day, job was done as my daughter was super happy and remaining balloons decorated her birthday table beautifully however I feel i did not receive the full service for the price I paid.

Although they looked nice I don’t think the sizes of the balloons were worth £100+. They were no bigger than the same in the card shops or supermarkets. Two of the balloons were deflated. It wasn’t as if anyone had damaged the box, as the damaged ones were from different boxes. Also the complimentary sweets in the boxes were poor. Mixture of four sweets two fruit salad and two blackjacks in each box is not really worth the mention. Otherwise the balloons were lovely and hubby loved them although I would think twice about buying again. I won’t give you a negative review publicly as the reviews I’ve given are suggested improvements, apart from the deflated balloons.

Hello Connie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review although we were disappointed to read the review as we were not made aware of any issues with your order. I have checked the system for any contact, correspondence and relevant emails, but nothing is appearing other than the email questioning delivery time. Our foil balloons last several days. If a balloon arrives in anything less than perfect condition, we will gladly provide customer service relevant to the situation if we are contacted immediately with photo evidence. Regarding the sizes of the balloons, I am not sure I understand as all our balloons state the size on our website. Within your order you had ordered our standard size balloon bouquets and our giant numbers. Warm wishes Tilly

Balloons where exactly what we order however we did pay extra for a nominated day they arrived a day late.

After a few hiccups… due mainly to the third party courier company, I believe, these balloons were found and delivered. They cheered the whole ward up not just the recipient.

The balloons arrived on time, however box was very badly damaged, driver apologized, at first looked as if everything was ok.,but in opening 1 balloon was burst.luckily didn't detract from display and still looked good .

Ballons where lovely. The reason iam giving a 3 star , it’s because they arrive late on in the day, and my 22 daughter had to wait in all day, for what you pay and it’s not cheap, they should be delivered morning,

The balloon took 2 days to arrive and though it looked very nice it deflated very quickly! Thought it should have lasted longer!

I ordered balloons for my flatmates birthday, and although the balloons itself were perfect, I paid an extra £15 for delivery to be before 10am as that was when I needed them for and they did not arrive until 4pm. I will not be purchasing from this company again for that reason.

I ordered the balloons specially for my niece's 21st Birthday and specifying the delivery date. Unfortunately the balloons were delivered two day too early.

Our balloon was supposed to arrived fully inflated. When the box was opened all we saw was limp and saggy lump of plastic. They did replace and send another one. But the surprise had gone.

Ordered a balloon for my daughter’s birth of her little girl.On the Sunday after ordering on the Saturday realised the name on the confirmation slip was Alan not Alana.Emailed them hurriedly to change the name and to confirm they had Recieved my email.When the balloon arrived it still had Alan on it with a pink train of hearts.No one had read my emails and the person who did the writing obviously did not think that Alan was an odd name with a pink streamer.Very upset as I cannot see my grandchild and this was a way of sending my love.

Posted well in good time , quite disappointed when I saw photos very cheap average balloons did not see evidence of personilsed, my aunt was happy with them , not best value for money but fit the purpose in the lockdown, had no choice

I requested delivery on my daughter’s birthday and although I had an email saying they would be delivered on that day they actually arrived the day after. This was a bit disappointing as we had planned a zoom birthday get together and the balloons were not there for that.

Hi, I ordered for a Monday delivery ahead of a Tuesday birthday surprise. The order was delivered on Saturday morning, so it wasn’t a surprise for the recipient, and also one of the balloons was half deflated by Tuesday (despite reassurance via email this wouldn’t be the case). I can provide pictures. Service was almost...too punctual?! Very good packaging and product (aside from deflation) though

Good balloon package of 3 balloons purchased for my Mum's birthday. Unfortunately her birthday fell at the weekend and I could not justify spending an additional £10 on the DPD tracked delivery option (on a cost of £21.46 for the balloons) so opted for 1st class delivery. The balloons didn't arrive until after her birthday. Disappointing.

Hello Claire, I am sorry to hear that Royal mail delivered your order later than hoped for. As a business we are very aware of the issues that Royal mail sometimes face at peak trading periods and therefore make it very clear at several points during the customer transaction process that if you require a specific dated delivery our suggested method at present is with our DPD tracked service. To avoid disappointment, we have even gone so far as to create a separate box at checkout reminding each customer of the challenges Royal Mail are facing because we hate our customers being let down in anyway. We always provide full tracking information to our customers based on the service they select and log each complaint internally so that we can take this up personally with Royal Mail. Sadly, they have been clear with us that if you chose delivery with them this this is not a guaranteed next day nor tracked service. We dispatch a customers order 1 working day prior to selected delivery date for optimal results, regardless of how far in advance you have ordered them (again this is stated clearly on our website) If any customer wishes to have their order dispatched earlier than this we are always happy to try and help if they contact us beforehand, the difficulty with sending out orders prior to 1 day dispatch is that some may arrive earlier than the desired date and then spoil the surprise for the recipient. I hope that you understand that Royal Mail aspect of the delivery is somewhat out of our control, but we always do our best to give the best possible service. Warm wishes Tilly
