Ordered balloon to arrive Monday as grandsons birthday on the Tuesday However it was delivered on the Saturday so on arrival not as inflated as I would of liked it looked about a week old so a little disappointed .

I received balloons after 5 days which not happy as were for a celebration and one went down after 2 days so not the best

We did not get what we ordered as it was out of stock. What we got was ok and nice packaged. But it is really expensive for what it comes

Sent the balloon for mums 90th birthday as could not be with her on her special day. Site was easy to navigate,good choice and efficient service Bit pricey and box very plain however mum delighted with her surprise.

I have used you before and you’re fab but I had requested this delivery on Friday and it came on a Wednesday and therefore the balloons were looking a little sad before the actual bday on the Sunday.

The balloons were as described, however they were late and the personalisation wasn’t sticking fully. In my opinion the balloons struggled to meet value for money but they served the purpose

I was disappointed that there was no tethering weight attached to the arrangement. However praise for your member of staff Tilly who was very helpful.

The delivery was good and the service excellent. The balloon however, was missing the logo and you added a description instead (elephant with a baby), which was odd and had to explain to the wife!

Balloon arrived well However only stayed blown up for 3 days even following the instructions. Great for the day, but expensive for the length of life

The balloon was nice but delivery by Royal Mail was a failure. The balloon was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of April ( it was for my sons birthday on the 2nd of May. ) it did not arrive until the 4th by then it was a bit deflated. So there would have been little point setting an earlier delivery as it would have deteriorated even more. It wouldn’t stop me buying another balloon and I do appreciate yr hard work at this horrible time

It was a pity the balloon didn’t arrive until after my granddaughter’s birthday. I know I could have paid extra for the guaranteed day but if you know it takes couple of days to arrive perhaps you could post it two days before day required.

I did email to request to change my order had a reply to say you could but when my order came it was my orginal order the ballon was ok but not happy with it as asked to change x

The balloon I ordered was brilliant my child loved it, it just didn't come on the delivery day I selected so was abit pointless after his birthday

Arrived on morning of birthday (brill); colourful, well inflated; Problem: the balloon was printed with name : ‘prinny’ not ‘Bethan’. I’ve checked my paperwork, and I appear to have typed it in correctly. Bryan

The website and ordering was straight forward. Unfortunately the balloon did not arrive on the birthday date which I specified. I think the orders should take into consideration that lockdown has affected delivery times and allow an extra day or two for first class.

Hello Rosy, I have just looked into your order (145011704) and we dispatched your order on the correct day, the 24th of March with Royal Mail for them to be delivered on the 25th of March. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class parcels the next day but this free service is not guaranteed, nor tracked. If you have a question about a delivery, please contact your local post office and please also read our Shipping T&C's on the BloonAway website for further information. We always recommend selecting the tracked delivery option (currently priced at £3.95) and not the Free Delivery if the balloons are for a milestone. This way, the delivery date is guaranteed and if a parcel goes astray, there is full GPS tracking available from the delivery driver so we can rectify this. Kind regards, Tilly

Hello Joyce, I have checked your order and the delivery address was noted as Dave Thorn, not yourself. So it should have been in fact delivered to Mr Thorn.
