Balloon wasn’t fully inflated and only lasted 2-3 days. Contacted to try and resolve but was refereed to terms that says nothing can do as it wasn’t reported on delivery. I didn’t know when delivered that it wasn’t going to last.

Two gifts ordered, one turned up damaged (see image). Other order OK. Main balloon in damaged gift burst during transit. Contacted company as per request for feedback, but had no feedback in return from them.

Very disappointed as ordered 3 personalised balloons for my daughters 21st. One of the balloons was completely deflated when she opened the box - the one with the personal greeting. Would like a refund please

Hello Loretta, I am sorry to read you had an issue with one of your orders. We have not received any correspondence from you via email. Our email address is: tilly@bloonaway.co.uk. If you were to email us we would have been able to provide the appropriate customer service to rectify this issue. We kindly ask for you to send an image within one day of this issue arising and upon arrival. We test all our balloons for faults before they leave our studio and they have gone through a 12+ hour transit period. We pack them in the best of boxes to arrive safely so we too are very disappointed if they arrive in anything less than perfect condition. We look forward to hearing from you. Warm wishes Tilly

2 years ago we bought balloons for our daughters 16th, the service and product were fantastic. This time it was her 18th. The balloons arrived under inflated. Two sets were packed in one box and in such a knotted tangle I had to cut them free of each other after half an hour trying to untangle. Not the best. I have given 2 stars instead of 1 because the delivery was on time.

Hello Jo, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review but was disappointed to read the review as we were not made aware of any issues with your order. I have checked the system for any contact, correspondence and relevant emails, but nothing is appearing. We inflate all our balloons and leave to rest for a few hours before boxing and sending them out for delivery to ensure that any micro faults maybe picked up before delivery. The fact that the balloons were slightly deflated and all tangled suggests that the damage has happened during transit. We are sorry that this has happened to your order and sorry that you did not contact us on arrival so that we may have been given the opportunity to rectify the issues. Warm wishes Tilly

Very disappointed. Opened box to find one of the balloons was completely deflated. Have sent an email to company with complaint and waiting for a reply.

I ordered two large helium numbers for a 50th birthday surprise. I was disappointed that although I requested that the balloons arrived on a Monday, they were actually delivered the Saturday prior to this. One of the balloons was also pretty much deflated when I opened the box which was really annoying. They were both packed in the same box and the weights were tangled round each other. I can only assume that the weights had damaged the balloon in some way whilst they were in transport. I think if they had been sent in separate boxes they would have been fine. I wouldn't really recommend buying these balloons I'm afraid unless you make two separate orders. Sorry!

The colours of the extra balloons choosen by yourselves just clashed the main pink and silver. Not a good choice at all ☹️

Ordered a number 50 balloon for my husband. It arrived a day late after paying extra for named day delivery. The number 5 was already deflated upon receipt by the next day it had gone down completely and got thrown away. Total waste of my money.

I ordered two separate ballon deliveries for 11th did not arrive till 14th so lost effect. I didn’t receive any email to confirm purchase or about delivery. Disappointed

I have always been pleased with Bloonaway until my last order whereby the Birthday Balloon I ordered did not arrive until after the birthday date. I did have the option to pay an additional £3 to use a different carrier as I was advised their was some delay in the Royal Mail system. I would have had liked the option to be asked if I wanted the Balloon to be posted a day earlier! Dissapointed this time around.

Nice balloon but ordered 10 days ahead for delivery on a Tuesday (allowed a day, as birthday was the Wednesday) and it arrived on the Thursday.

Hello Jayne, I am sorry to hear that Royal mail delivered your order late. As a business we are very aware of the issues that Royal mail sometimes face at peak trading periods and therefore make it very clear at several points during the customer transaction process that if you require a specific dated delivery our suggested method at present is with our DPD tracked service. To avoid disappointment, we have even gone so far as to create a separate box at checkout reminding each customer of the challenges Royal Mail are facing because we hate our customers being let down in anyway. We always provide full tracking information to our customers based on the service they select and log each complaint internally so that we can take this up personally with Royal Mail. Sadly, they have been clear with us that if you chose delivery with them this this is not a guaranteed next day nor tracked service. We dispatch a customers order 1 working day prior to selected delivery date for optimal results, regardless of how far in advance you have ordered them (again this is stated clearly on our website) If any customer wishes to have their order dispatched earlier than this we are always happy to try and help if they contact us beforehand, the difficulty with sending out orders prior to 1 day dispatch is that some may arrive earlier than the desired date and then spoil the surprise for the recipient. I hope that you understand that Royal Mail aspect of the delivery is somewhat out of our control, but we always do our best to give the best possible service. Warm wishes Tilly

If you want guaranteed delivery on the day of celebration you will need to pay extra for the postage as they use Riyal Mail 24 and only send out the day before delivery even though more notice is given! My balloon arrived 2 days late and they blame it on their chosen carrier! Will not be using again due to this disappointment!

Bought for my daughters birthday, it came well packaged but on opening the main Mini Mouse ballon was little more than half inflated with the two additional heart balloons also not fully inflated. My excitement was soon deflated just as the balloons !

Hello Arleta, We are very sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order. If you had contacted us on arrival of your balloons we would have happily rectified the problem. All our balloons are inflated in our studio and then left for a few hours to test for any micro faults. The fact that all three balloons were half inflated tells me that it might be an issue with the temperature (going from cold to hot) this can deflate the balloons slightly and once heated up they re-inflate or there was an issue with the handling of the box during shipment. warm wishes Tilly

Dissapointed with bloonaway, my order didn't arrive in time to give it to my nephew on he's actually birthday, it was 3 days too late, I gave 2 stars just because it was a nice balloon when it arrived.

Good service and fast delivery but disappointed with the fact one of the balloons (not cheap) semi deflated after just 2 days.

Balloons looked great but disappointingly one of them must’ve had a leak as it almost completely deflated after one day. The other one is still going strong however. Disappointing considering they were not cheap to it even really get a whole day out of both balloons

We were disappointed to read your review and of course your balloon should not have deflated so quickly. We cannot see an email from you and so on this occasion we were unable to make this right. All the best Tilly
