Very dissapointed, ordered first time and the order came 5 days late and was deflated by this point. No compensation or apologies by company just simply said Royal Mail delays and nothing further.

Ballon missing on arrival due to fault in website order process on night before event. Refund and apology given. Meant I had to source a ballon locally- turned out much cheaper! Balloons began to deflate 12 hours after delivery. Disappointing due to the price. Will not be using again.

Very very expensive for 1 balloon £11.50 and on top of that £10 delivery charge. ???

I can see that you chose a DPD Saturday delivery which is a premium service and costs £9.95 in comparison to our standard service with DPD of £4.95. I contacted the company a few times to confirm a mistake in the address. No reply. Item was not delivered as a result. Would have been nice to have responded once to one of the emails. Shame as it seemed like a lovely idea.

Balloons were delivered two days early despite requesting delivery on a specific date which ruined the surprise. I requested clarity on the matter via email but no response was received. Very disappointed.

So disappointing balloon came out of the box so slowly spoiling the surprise . Short string . Definitely NOT value for money .

The balloons themselves were great however I paid for Saturday Delivery and they werent delivered then. I wasn't contacted or offered a refund. I paid for a service I didn't receive and therefore very disappointed.

I do not know if you have received my first mail. But to say I am more than disappointed, would be the understatement of the year!! Order no: 145025890; according to you was due for delivery 27 February 2021. To date it has not been received. This was for my grandson's 10th birthday and a video link-up had been arranged so I could see him opening the box. I appreciate you are not responsible for Royal Mail deliveries, but, something has obviously gone very wrong. I certainly will not be using your company again.

I was disapointed, i ordered one ballon with 18 on and i thought one more with a name on it . But my nephew only got one with the age and name on one ballon. Very poor value for the money

Ordered balloons, 2 out of 3 arrived deflated for a 40th birthday. Took an embarrassing call from the recipient to let me know what had arrived. Emailed and fed back. To be asked for a photo of a deflated balloon. Too embarrassed to ask the recipient for a photo!

Ordered it to be delivered on Friday......it’s now Tuesday and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointed as it was for my best friends 50th birthday. Cost a lot of money for a balloon that never arrived.

Hello Jane, We are sorry to hear that Royal Mail have let you down. It is very frustrating for us a business when we are working so hard around the clock to ensure customers goods go out on time - that they are then delayed in transit. You selected the free Royal Mail service upon order, which has no guaranteed delivery date - so it was not possible you ordered 'to be delivered on Friday' as selecting the Friday date with the free service means that we will create and dispatch your order one working day prior to your selected delivery date. This is clear on our site and repeated several times during the transaction process to avoid customers being disappointed when choosing this service. Royal Mail usually aim to deliver all First Class parcels the next day but this free service is not guaranteed, nor tracked. If you need your parcel delivery date to be guaranteed (e.g birthdays or parties) we always recommend choosing DPD, since around 7% of Royal Mail orders do not arrive on time - and that statistic was before the complications of the current climate. Again this is stated on our website. I hope you do not mind my detailed reply, I am a director of the business, happened to see your review and just wanted to be clear -because reviews like this are something that are very disheartening for the team who work so hard to communicate well with customers, and it appeared we had never had any contact with you so this review was the first we knew of an issue. Please always feel free to contact us first with any issues and one way we may have been able to help would have been to contact our Royal Mail account manager to investigate further. Two out five of the balloons had holes in them. It looked like one was put in the box burst. When I emailed them they didn't even apologise. They just said send us a photo and we'll refund one balloon! Unbelievable.

Hello Serena, I am sorry that you feel your complaint was not dealt with properly yesterday, my first response in the morning was to ask for a photograph and then it was lot later in the afternoon before I could reply to your photographs and email regarding how I could help to rectify the issue you had with the balloons and have had no reply from that email. We rest and test all our balloons for a few hours before boxing and sending out for delivery and would never send out if they did not look perfect when we closed the box. Ordered a balloon on 19th November to be delivered on 24th November for my friends 50th Birthday. Have emailed Tilly Dewhurst regarding this and she replied that Royal Mail tried to deliver balloon on 26th.No redelivery card was left, and my friend and family were in all day,and no one knocked. I’ve said to Tilly, it’s partly Royal Mails fault, but think your company should send out balloons, at least two days before, not just one day,due to current covid situation.Sadly the balloon cannot be redelivered until next Tuesday, due to sickness in the post office, so my friend will receive a lovely flat as a pancake style balloon.By the time I got a track and trace number from Tilly, and actually tracked it, the delivery date was going to be 2nd December.(I couldn’t speak to a person, at Royal Mail, as it was all automated.)
