“Your balloons are great you have a lovely variety which you don’t see in the shops and stores anymore whoever I give my balloons to their always ask where I get them from because they are unusual and I must say they appreciate your balloons.”

“Didn't deliver my balloon on the day or even up to 3 days(when they say it could be delivered) after. They said royal mail had it and i'd have to take it up with them. It has been a week since they dispatched it so it will have definitely deflated by now. Ruined Valentines day surprise. Will fight for a refund.”

Hi 'Anonymous', Royal Mail attempted to deliver your parcel but there was no answer. They left a calling card with redelivery options. I have emailed you the reference tracking for your parcel where this is detailed. For balloon deliveries where timing is important (such as birthdays, Valentines and other special occasions) we recommend selecting our Guaranteed shipping option (DPD), currently priced at a nominal fee of £3.95. This would provide you with tracking information, a one hour delivery window and options of where to leave your parcel if the recipient is not home. Since you selected the Free shipping option, your parcel was sent via Royal Mail 1st Class which may take up to 3 working days from your selected delivery date and for which no tracking is provided. You are asked to agree to these Terms at 2 points on the checkout before completing your purchase, and as such this order is not eligible for a refund. Some customers will take this risk if they are looking for the cheapest delivery option, or if timing is not of essence, such as for new babies etc. We will continue to offer both the Guaranteed and Free shipping options on our website. “I ordered 2 number balloons for my boyfriends birthday, but when they turned up I noticed I had been sent the wrong numbers. Although this was disappointing, I received excellent customer service when I contacted them about the issue. They immediately provided me with a full refund and were incredibly apologetic. I will definitely shop here again!”

“The ba balloon was for our 47 year old daughter who is severely disabled and lives in a care home with a mental age of about 5. She was absolutely excided and thrilled when she was helped to open the box and the balloon poped out. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thank you for making it a special day for her.”

“For the price I thought i was ordering an airwalker - My mistake balloon was NOT described as airwalker Delivery was ok and writing on ballon was ok. £25 for large balloon plus delivery”

“I had ordered an 80th Birthday bouquet for my Dad, as I wanted to give him some positive surprises, seeing as we would be unable to have the family party that we'd originally planned this year due to Covid-19. The day before they were due to arrive, I was emailed to say that there were 'supplier issues' and the bouquet I'd ordered was no longer available. The alternatives offered in no way matched the original order (for which I had paid over £33), but I made a selection and hoped for the best. What arrived was a total disappointment. One of the balloons was almost totally deflated and drooping onto the floor. The text was small and in one line, appearing like a cheap afterthought. I had to witness this via a video call which was incredibly upsetting and took the edge of what should have been a celebration. When I emailed to advise Bloonaway of this, I received a polite response suggesting my next order would be wonderful. Needless to say, I shall not be ordering anything from Bloonaway again and will be actively discouraging friends and family to avoid them.”
