“Amazing service. I brought balloons for three different family birthdays and because COVID-19 has stopped access to family celebrations receiving video when family opened the deliveries made my day! It was almost as good as being there!”

“I ordered a balloon bouquet from this company. One of the balloons unfortunately had a slow puncture. I contacted the company and immediately got a a response, and a replacement for the faulty balloon was sent out for next day delivery. This meant that we had our balloons ready for our party. I was very impressed with the customer service as I was worried that it wouldn’t be received in time as the party was the day after. The balloon arrangement was beautiful and we all loved it. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Placing the original order was easy and I was pleased I was able to choose a specific delivery date as this was what I wanted. There was an issue with delivery but when I contacted BloonAway about it I was really pleased with the service and help I received from Tilly.”
