“Ordered a size 12 and was sent a 40 which I believe is 14. Also a button fell off the coat as I tried it on. Loved the coat but didn’t have time to pay to return so have kept it and seen the button back on. So all in all not great.”

Hi I'm so sorry you had a problem with the button coming off the coat you bought. If you had contacted us we would have either replaced or got it repaired for you straightaway and paid for the return postage. Regarding the size , this is a brand from the Netherlands and a UK size 12 is a size 40. I know i'ts confusing with so many countires having different ways of sizing things and this is why where ever possible we size things in UK sizings. “Item delivery was quick. The only fault was the gift box had stickers on it written in black felt pen and they didn’t come off easily. It was a shame as the wallet is a present. The wallet itself is perfect. The packaging was the correct size for the size of the wallet.”
