“Hi, Ordered my item on the Saturday and paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 hour (1/2) working days delivery... I received your email confirming receipt of my payment, followed by a further email promptly Monday morning to inform me my item had been dispatched, and I would receive a further email from the shipper with a tracking number. This never arrived, but the item was delivered 2.30pm Tuesday afternoon. Thank you for a speedy delivery, I am very happy with the item, perhaps you need to check with Royal Mail, regarding information re the tracking. Many Thanks I will be using your service again.”

Hi David Many thanks for your feed back, we will get Royal mail to check there are no problems with the tracking info emails that they send.We also ask them to send a text if people have supplied their mobile number so we'll get this checked to. “Item delivery was quick. The only fault was the gift box had stickers on it written in black felt pen and they didn’t come off easily. It was a shame as the wallet is a present. The wallet itself is perfect. The packaging was the correct size for the size of the wallet.”
