Hi Your order was received on August 12th and shipped the following day. The delivery company Royal Mail will have emailed you the tracking number so please check your junk folder for the email. I have tracked your parcel for you and it has arrived at the sorting office in Los Angeles so it should be with you very shortly. I will send you all the tracking information again, unfortunately due to covid 19 deliveries have been taking slightly longer and we apologise for this. Hi We have answered your emails and spoken to you on the phone in the last week and advised that your order has been sent and a tracking number supplied . We have also explained that as this order is going to a foreign country there can be some delays with shipping and customs due to the coronavirus meaning parcels can take a couple of days longer to arrive . Very disappointed with the experience received from Blueberries. I ordered a straw hat which is famous for its shape. The package that arrived was a plastic bag, it was squashed and the product inside was ruined. Contacting Blueberries I was asked to send the product back to them using the same packaging.

Hi I'm so sorry your experience hasn't been a good one and apologise your hat was not sent out in a cardboard box as they usually are. These are difficult times with the covid 19 virus and our delivery of packaging was late hence you not receiving your order in a box. I believe we have received the hat back and have fully refunded you. I can only apologise as this isn't our usual service and can confirm we now have all our packaging sorted now. Ordered trousers 32 waist 34 leg the trousers arrived but were to tight so asked about returning them you can return them but you have to pay for returns yourself and it needs to be tracked or signed for if you want to be sure it arrives this costs about a fiver trousers were 19.99 so i decided to sell them as its to expensive to return.also had the item picture been more accurate to the actual product i wouldn't have purchased item.

Cannot do a proper review at the moment as I haven't yet received the item I ordered, (wrong item was sent), will do a review once I receive my item, bit disappointed as it was a birthday gift so now won't receive in time.

Hi. The customer journey was excellent, through from web site, purchase then very quick delivery with updates along the way. However the product I purchase was of a very poor quality. I bought a small but it is actually huge. The quality of the materials is also very poor. This would put me off buying anything else.

Hi Polina I'm afraid we don't offer free returns at the moment but it is something we are looking in to. We do make our returns as simple as possible and hopefully we will be able to make it even better using customer feed back. We do offer very competitive shipping rates and very quick delivery even on heavy items like you ordered, we also process and refund all returns very quickly . Hi Livia I'm so sorry your parcel was addressed incorrectly, but glad that you received it ok. I know it's no excuse but all the office staff have been battling a really nasty bug this week and we have all been really under the weather! Disappointed that the clear packaging containing the gloves was damaged with a hole in it at delivery. Also as it was a TED Baker item I would have expected a box for it or a bag. Poor service. Will not use again.

Hi We are really sorry you were disappointed that the plastic bag containing the gloves had a small hole in it. These are the bags that the gloves come supplied from Ted Baker in and unfortunately Ted baker do not supply boxes or bags for womens gloves only for purses and handbags. We will pass on this feed back to Ted Baker as the customer experience is very important to us and this is why all our items are wrapped in best quality white tissue and bubble wrap for extra protection. We are really sorry you consider our service to be poor when your order was placed at 2.10 on the 14th March and you received it on Tuesday 15th March at 12.00 o'clock. We also supply a free gift wrap service that you could have selected when ordering . Many thanks for your feed back we will pass it on to our packing team.

Hi Margreth , I have looked in to this for you and you made your order from Sweden on Tuesday and your order was sent out on Wednesday with interlink signed for delivery. I have checked and we emailed you a tracking number the same day which has been resent this morning so you can track your parcel . If you have not received the tracking number or have further problems please call us on ++ 44 1253 311178 or email us on sales@blueberries-online.com and we help you straight away. I have tracked your parcel for you this morning and it says it is on its journey to the local delivery destination so it should be with you very soon.
