I bought a pair of Ugg slippers. They were so much too small I believe they were mid-sized. I was very disappointed I had to pay for return postage which had to be “signed for” I think they should have paid for my postage.

I ordered and paid for the items and then had an email a couple of days later to say items not in stock!! Took a few more days for the money to be refunded. What’s the point of taking the order if no stock. Surely with modern technology it should be simple to keep the stock levels updates

Hi Your order was shipped the same day you placed it and a tracking number was sent to you from the shipping company. We have re sent the tracking details to you but as your order was going to the US and with the current situation with the covid 19 outbreak orders are taking a couple days longer than usual to arrive and will be with you very soon. Hi Eli We are so sorry your order has yet to be delivered by the Post NL. We dispatched it on the 5th May and unfortunately as explained deliveries to the Netherlands can take a little longer due to the covid-19 outbreak , which is out of our control. the delivery is from Israel and takes ages to arrive, i am still waiting for the pack is a bit tricky the communication

Ordered a size 12 and was sent a 40 which I believe is 14. Also a button fell off the coat as I tried it on. Loved the coat but didn’t have time to pay to return so have kept it and seen the button back on. So all in all not great.

Hi I'm so sorry you had a problem with the button coming off the coat you bought. If you had contacted us we would have either replaced or got it repaired for you straightaway and paid for the return postage. Regarding the size , this is a brand from the Netherlands and a UK size 12 is a size 40. I know i'ts confusing with so many countires having different ways of sizing things and this is why where ever possible we size things in UK sizings. Many thanks ,Sarah Blueberries customer services.

Horrendous experience. They sold me misrepresented Ugg boots (they stated the boots were sheepskin lined, in fact the lining was mannade fabric, not real sheepskin). I asked them to collect the boots - they refused, do I sent tye boots back with photos of actual lining close up. Guess what - Blueberies refused to refund my shipping return cost! They said they never do! This company breaches consumer rights Act 2015 and ignores consumer rights. Steer clear of this shop!

We are really sorry you were disappointed with your Ugg boots .We supplied a returns number to you as soon as you notified us that you didn’t like the rough leather asking you to complete the returns form and return them to us. We refunded you in full the day we received the boots back. The description of the boots on our site is taken from the product manufacturer’s description, which is also the same on their site. In your correspondence to us you say you already have the same boots in a different colour and that the composition is different in these, we also did the colour you mention and checked to make sure all the boots were the same which they were. As you were unhappy we sent the boots back for verification of composition and told you we would let you know the outcome as soon as possible. You say we did not refund your return postage on your credit card – unfortunately when a refund is performed it cannot be for more than was originally paid on it, the bank only allow a maximum of the amount paid to be refunded. A refund is performed separately for return postage via bank transfer or cheque when blueberries are at fault as clearly stated in our terms and conditions.

Do not recommend I purchased pink Ted Baker trainers and they came in a smashed up box from postal delivery.i also asked for them gift wrapped luckily I opened them first as they had dirt as if they had been worn on the bottom of the shoe and random dirt patches on the suede parts of the shoes,very noticeable and they are light pink! go elsewhere spend more find a trusted website.

We are so sorry you have experienced problems with your order. We send all orders extremely well packaged and also tracked and insured so it is very frustrating when they are delivered damaged. We also wrap and process all orders under CCTV and take extreme care not to send out items that are marked in any way and always notify customers if there is an issue before sending them out. If you would like to return your order for a full refund we will reimburse all costs to you and can only apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

I understand there are policies on returning jewellery.. but when you have proof of the item being delivered minutes before and the item was not been taken out of its packaging it’s disapponting to be stuck with the item. Lesson learnt.. don’t buy jewellery online go instore so you can actually see what you are purchasing.

Hi Claire Unfortunately we can not exchange earrings for hygiene reasons but we do exchange other jewellery like pendants and bracelets. We do make it as clear as possible on the online store with notices on all earrings that they can not be returned for hygiene reasons. We don't make any exceptions as we don't want to be sending out earrings that could have possibly been worn by anyone before, and all our customers know that our earrings are new and unworn. Hi The product was exactly what i wanted but was let down by the delivery service. I am aware that sometimes delivery charges to the Isle of Man can be more expensive which is why i was happy to pay the £8:00 but what i wasn't happy with was it came by standard Royal Mail and i know that won't have cost £8:00.This will decide whether or not i will use blueberries in the future Regards Lee Walker

Hi Lee I have looked in to the postage costs for you and you are right we have been more expensive on our non mainland deliveries due to the service we are using where we make sure the deliveries are fully insured , signed for and as quick as possible. We are always looking to be as competitive as possible whilst not compromising on service so we have reduced our delivery costs to £5.95 for non uk mainland deliveries and will refund you the difference straight away. I was tracking my package online and it was scheduled to be delivered TWO days ago, originally. I checked the tracking info last night and it said my package had been RETURNED to Blueberries. I did not get ANY info about this from Blueberries, and when I called DHL they informed me that Blueberries recalled the package because it apparently wasn't the item I ordered. I am very confused and fucking livid and this feels like a scam right now because I have not heard anything from Blueberries about the mixup.

Item was a shop display item so was not new, I am furious as it was an expensive Paul smith bag I had been looking forward to . It did not have anywhere on the description that it was not new. I am so disappointed!!!

Ordered some earrings which were meant to be "Topaz" colour which weren't. Asked for an exchange/refund and they said this was not possible as earrings can't be returned even though the colour was different to what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Karan I have checked and you ordered the Vivienne Westwood mini bas relief topaz earrings which are a gold colour with yellow coloured stones as pictured on our website and these were the earrings sent to you. All our Vivienne Westwood earrings are given the same name and colour as Vivienne Westwood supply so they match up with Vivienne Westwood pieces bought anywhere. Topaz actually has an exceptionally wide color range that, besides brown, includes various tones and saturations of blue, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, and purple.The Vivienne Westwood is a yellow coloured topaz on a gold base which is clearly shown on our website and the vivienne westwood website . We do state clearly that due to hygiene reasons earrings can not be exchanged and you will find this is a general rule regarding earring. Many thanks Sarah Blueberries customer services

I can't rate your service at the moment as my parcel, which was supposed to arrive yesterday has been lost by Royal Mail. They have until 6pm tonight to find it as it is needed for this evening.

I was really happy with how quickly my item arrived but i wasnt very impressed with the packaging it arrive in, I ordered some lovely Ted Baker leather gloves and usually Ted Baker items come in lovely packaging, i was really disappointed it came in white tissue paper and bubble wrap, it made the present look poor.

Hi Bethany I'm so sorry you were disappointed with the way your Ted Baker gloves were packaged. Unfortunately Ted Baker don't supply packaging of any type with their gloves [ unlike their bags and purses] so we wrap them in lovely tissue and bubble wrap for protection. We will pass on to Ted's your comments about supplying some nice packaging for the gloves so hopefully we can improve this in the future . We do offer a free gift wrap service which can be selected if you are buying a gift for someone , so again I'm sorry if we'd have known we would have done this for you.
