Lovely jacket. Ordered a large but more like a size 10/12. Disappointing.

The Ted Baker scarf is great and arrived quickly - but when it arrived it clearly had a 50% off sticker still on the label with the full price as £49 - I paid £37 Not a nice surprise. Blueberries refunded the difference so no harm done in the end.

Hi Joanne Many apologies we have a store as well as an online store and our scarves had been reduced to 50% on the shop floor but mistakenly not reduced online. This will be corrected and you will be refunded the difference. Many apologies again Sarah Blueberries customer services

Hi Deborah Many apologies but Ted Baker do not supply any boxes or packaging for scarves , only the wallets and purses come in boxes and the handbags come in dust bags.We do pack all our orders in premium white tissue and bubble wrap to make sure they are protected and look nice too. Parcel arrived in reasonable time - adequately packed rather than well packed. Unfortunately it was too big for me so I had to return. NOT happy with the return conditions - why Signed For? High end companies like Jigsaw and Whistles for example offer free returns. Could not recommended this company for that reason.

Was happy with the delivery of my product but I wasn't 100% happy with my product. I ordered My mother in law some Vivienne Westwood boots and unfortunately they have a few marks on them.

Hi Kerem I'm really sorry we didn't have a larger shirt to replace the one you ordered which was too small but unfortunately items that in our sale are very limited in quantity .There will not be full size ranges of items in on sale outlet as they are previous seasons stock and they also sell quickly due to the heavily discounted prices. Lovely Ted a Baker Scarf but at £50 I had expected to come in a box. I had bought it as a gift and whilst it did come wrapped in taped tissue paper the price had been left on so I had to rip into the tissue paper to remove it.

Hi thank you for your review. Unfortunately Ted Baker do not send us boxes to put scarves and other accessories in they only send purses in boxes. All web orders are wrapped in white tissue paper and bubble wrap as standard, but if the item had been selected to be gift wrapped then all prices would have been removed for you. Many thanks.
