Firstly the online process was easy to navigate, secondly the parcel arrived promptly (beautifully wrapped by the way) and the item was really good value. The whole purchase system is extremely well organised and the returns system very much focussed upon really good customer care. An excellent business model and frankly I can't praise them enough.
