“I was really happy with how quickly my item arrived but i wasnt very impressed with the packaging it arrive in, I ordered some lovely Ted Baker leather gloves and usually Ted Baker items come in lovely packaging, i was really disappointed it came in white tissue paper and bubble wrap, it made the present look poor.”

Hi Bethany I'm so sorry you were disappointed with the way your Ted Baker gloves were packaged. Unfortunately Ted Baker don't supply packaging of any type with their gloves [ unlike their bags and purses] so we wrap them in lovely tissue and bubble wrap for protection. We will pass on to Ted's your comments about supplying some nice packaging for the gloves so hopefully we can improve this in the future . We do offer a free gift wrap service which can be selected if you are buying a gift for someone , so again I'm sorry if we'd have known we would have done this for you.
