“Lovely choice of flowers at reasonable price. Flowers received by me last year were lovely. Processing order was confusing - there was no indication that my email/password had been accepted, but the transaction continued anyway. When filling in my card details, I didn't have to enter name on card, which seemed a bit strange. I have also mentioned previously that some means of sorting flower options eg by type of flower or price would be helpful, as opposed to the arbitrary classification of occasion.”

“They arrived 8.30 am on my daughters birthday, which was great. Closed buds, so should last quite a while. Just a couple of stems were looking a bit droopy, but hopefully once in water they will perk up”

“This review is for the website itself, as the flowers I ordered have not yet been delivered so cannot comment. Great price, very easy to use. Added some chocolates without any fuss and free delivery is a plus. It said Apple Pay however I didn’t actually seem able to use it, and had to make an account, would have preferred to checkout as guest.”

“I ordered a bouquet of carnations as a small Valentine's Day gift for my mum, unfortunately instead of 8 blooms as mentioned on the purchase page, only 6 were in the bouquet she received, and the gift note I'd written was missing as well. I contacted customer care and they kindly arranged for the bouquet to be redelivered the week afterwards. It arrived promptly, with gift note and flower feed (also previously missing) however it was a completely different bouquet to what I'd ordered. I appreciate the customer service when there was a problem and I'd try B&M Flowers again but I do feel there's room for improvement, and I wouldn't order around busy holidays like Valentine's again because I feel like that might have affected the quality. The flowers themselves are lovely and have lasted very well though.”
