“The online process was simple and easy to do, but you cross you fingers and hope it gets delivered. I would have rated it higher if they provided a link to track delivery, instead of just receiving a notice that it was delivered.”

You have no idea when the package is sent or when it is received at the very least.... These are the things other companies have no trouble doing and given you pay a premium price plus extra for delivery - why is this not possible?”
“After receiving a beautiful Bockers&Pony hamper for Valentine's Day, I decided to buy one for my Mother for Mother's Day. The site wasn't allowing me to add items to my cart so I phoned customer service because they boast how helpful they can be, however, no one answered and I left a message. No one to this day has called me back. I also opted for my mother to receive her gift on Friday before Mothers Day, however it was delivered days earlier which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, the products are lovely and my mum was super happy to receive her hamper. I will definitely use Bockers&Pony again!”
“ordered a hamper for my husband to be delivered to his workplace that afternoon. I wanted it to be a surprise. He received a call late in the afternoon asking him to meet the courier on the freeway on the way home from work as he wasn't going to make it on time. Ruined the surprise and also was an inconvenience to my husband. Positive was hamper was lovely.”
