The website was broken so I had to call to make the order. The experience was a bit shaky with that. Unfortunately I received no shipping info or invoice so I gad to call to check on the gift at 4:30pm as I was worried it'd been botched up. It did finally arrive safely. One thing that really annoyed me is that the website stated 'free shipping' which was great considering it was a very expensive gift. However, apparently that's not the case unless you preorder three days in advance (not easily seen on the offer). Instead I was informed that a hefty shipping cost would be required. Not impressed. Won't use this service again.

Paid for next day delivery and took 2-3 days and also the chocolates were melted. There was also no note attached to it so my friend didn't know it was from me.

It wasn’t delivered on time, even when I paid for the quick delivery. I was very disappointed with the delivery, and having to ask the recipient if they got the gift, (it spoilt the surprise factor). They loved the gift. You have high end products, and a class about your company. But your delivery brought it down a few notches. Perhaps you should adopt what other cos. do, tracking for the client. That adds a feeling of class, to the overall brand, and your brand is AMAZING! Perhaps it was the covid virus and shipping challenges?

While the service and delivery speed were OK between Sydney and Perth the actual delivery to the person the gift was for was abysmal. The gift was for my brother-in-law who had just come home from hospital after a triple heart bypass. My sister, his wife, is disabled in that she cannot walk far without assistance. The courier rang the doorbell, he was told that the door would be opened automatically and he was to come up in the lift to deliver the gift. When nothing happened my brother-in-law went down to the front door and there was no-one there. There was a card in the letter box say that the package would be available at the Post Office, which is a distance away. Neither my brother-in-law or my sister were able to drive at that time. Your Sydney office tried to be helpful and phone the delivery people in Perth who were anything but helpful. In the end my nephew had to drive from where he lives in Perth to the particular Post Office on Saturday morning to collect the gift. A whole lot of anguish and stress for someone who didn't need it. If you want to keep your business in the west I suggest that you change your delivery system in Perth. This was totally unacceptable and for that reason I could not in all conscience recommend your business to anyone even though the product itself was very well presented.

Shipment arrived 2 days late. Message left on answer service was not addressed.

The gift was sent to the hospital without a card. Just the recipients name on the box. I was very disappointed. I had to ask if the gift was received as I had not heard anything.... very poor. The message on the card was important to me. Once Bockers & Pony was informed of the error they moved to correct it m. They sent both my friend and I a gift and Kim received her card. Very much appreciated!! Thank you.

Advertised as same delivery. I ordered on the 23 Rd Nov for delivery 24th. Still not delivered 25th so i made contact just after 5pm.had to leave a voice message as probably closed for the day which was fair enough,i also sent email.received reply email after hours, that was good.was promised a call first thing on 26th. By 10.30am i chased it up. Seems delivery attempted on 24th with no where safe to deliver so it went to local post office, but notification of that was not left which was extremly poor
