“Very happy with the overall experience with ordering online and the final product. The only slight improvement I would suggest is advising the sender of the estimated delivery time. It asks when you would like it delivered but there is no feedback about when it will be delivered.”

“The products & customer service is next to none however for me the delivery is disappointing as neither orders arrived on the day. Having said that I am ordering for a Goldfields delivery so due to location the product didn't arrive when requested. My orders are always for country location so sadly its not a suitable option. The company was sympathetic but no real solution.”

“I was put on to this website via a work colleague who said she told everyone when she had her baby to buy from this site instead of flowers. I suppose it makes sense as family can buy the flowers but with your gifts they can actually be kept and/or used. The only thing I would like to see is if spending say...over $150 that you have the option to change the colour of the bunny, as we got the pink but would have loved the beige. Other than that....fabulous site, will recommend it to everyone, tasteful, plenty of price choice and the cases as a collection are fantastic.”
