“Good service. Would use again. But Star Track let me down, tried to get a bottle of champagne to my mother on her 60th birthday. Paid for same day and requested her birthday (the day before, it was just after the same day cut off so I picked that hoping that would carrying on to the next day). It did not arrive in her birthday. But the next day. Thankfully she was not home on her birthday, but still, when you pay for a service.”
“Delivered very well overall; but delivered a day earlier than expected, which unnecessarily caught out me and the recipient. Otherwise very happy with how it went; and happy that it was early rather than late!”
“The website was easy to use, the delivery date was met and all was good on this end. However, the price tag was expensive for a bottle of Verve and some chocolates. There's a decent overhead cost added to the products. However, I like the 'premium' nature of the wraparound and service.”

“I love the flat out bear for a baby gift, but the suitcase packaging was more flimsy than I expected- definitely ornamental and not to be used as a play toy as I'd assumed. Also "next day" shipping from Sydney to Perth took from Friday when I purchased online to the next Wednesday for it to actually be delivered. $16.95 for shipping at that rate is a bit steep. A cute looking but expensive gift package”
“No real complaints - the presentation of the gifts were excellent. The only suggestion for improvement would be if an SMS or email could be sent to the sender to advise that the gift has been delivered. i had to call in to find out. Although the service on the phone was good, it took time out my day at such a critical time of year when there are a million other things that need to get done.”
