“I'm a very shy person and very overweight, the staff at Glenferrie Road have been magnificent and have made me feel comfortable and not be inbarest . After 12 visits I'm already down from 160kg and now 149kg and going down. I'm going to keep going until I reach my goal and look forward to a normal life again I would highly recommend it.”

“Nice experience in clinic however, I am not happy with my results. I have not seen a difference in my abdomen after my cryolipolysis treatment. Waste of money!”

“Clean venue. Polite staff. Easy to get an appointment. Treatment was very expensive - sat in a chair for 30 minutes for $150. Initial consultation was not very informative and employee not very informed.”

“The ladies were so helpful when I did a 10 visit package for incontinence. After the 10 visits l didn't think my symptoms had improved markedly, so l enquired about a further 5 visits in the hope the extras might help. Unfortunately the price jumped from $134 a visit to $161. Decided to let it go as my symptoms were similar to when I started. Couldn't complain about the care whilst l was there.”

“App for 3pm. Was put with a woman who obviously was not well trained in her field. Had NO insight in the product with Ltd and very basic knowledge and answers. Constantly coughing sneezing and bad nose manners. I asked her if she is sick and told her I can’t be around anyone sick due to a medical condition. Then I got told I have to wait 2 hours for my procedure. After refusing she said she’ll do it… she was sneezing all over me and sniffing non stop. I ask her again and she told me she was very sick two days before.!!!! She started the procedure! What a joke… as I had this done with another clinic last week, I can’t believe how bad she was . She had no training g in how to treat a client let alone that hifu macine! Fast forward this, 3 days after the procedure I got ‘her cold’. I ph and said why would they do that! She worn a mask over her mouth but her nose was streaming and wet all the time when I was there. The mask didn’t cover the nose at all! Then I was ‘man handled’ verbally by the sso called manager of the clinic! Checkmate! All you can do is to remember the horrible service with not properly qualified technician!”
