“I ordered my culture starter and after receiving it proceeded to read the directions. They were very simple to follow so it really didn't take me long to have all the ingredients ready to add the started to them. I appreciated the information I got from Body Ecology on why a culture is better than wild fermentation. It turned out great.”

“We never know if we’re getting the The minerals we need from the foods that we eat. The soil’s are depleted and even when you try to get the best of food you really don’t know. Plus the fact that you have to eat so many vegetables and different types to get all that you need. I trust body ecology and love all of their products. Taking earth minerals makes me feel nourished. Love this product Is it so easy to take, I drop it in with a shit glass of water every morning.:heart:?”

“There are so many supplements, shakes, and greens to choose from. I choose BE because she has been around a long time, done the research, uses them herself, and cares about her products only using the best ingredients. I don’t have to worry about whether the products are good because I trust her. If you see her and hear her talk about the products you will understand. And not only that other health magazines and articles to about her products as being some of the best around. She started way ahead of the rest on her research about what the body needs to be healthy. How the body can do the work it needs to do if you give it the right environment. I can’t say enough good things about these products.”

“After a recent diagnosis of osteoporosis and my refusal to simply take fosamax, a nutritionist consult recommended your products to improve my ability to absorb the good food I was already eating. After watching some of the videos, I have just successfully finished my first cultured veggies with one of the starter recipes, and they are quite tasty! After waiting a week, in the south during summertime, the top popped when removing it and the liquid was a bit effervescent. Wow! It’s alive! (Hoping that is normal?!?) Looking forward to improved health in general. Thank you!”
